Wünschenswert wäre eine Sitzbank zwischen den Bäumen, nicht nur davor.
Aber klar, jede (noch so kleine) Grünfläche verbessert das Stadtklima.
Calling the little piece of green "Park" looks like an exaggeration.
Desirable would be a bench between the trees, not just in front of it.
But of course, every green space (no matter how small) improves the urban climate.
