Da gibt es eine sehr interessante, mobile Lösung, die auch in verschiedene Automarken passt Man kann beim Fahrzeugwechsel das Gitter mitnehmen. Very friendly, good and competent advice ... really recommendable. I decided for a rear grille. Nach den angegebenen 5 Wochen Wartezeit und mehrfacher Nachfrage per mail, (telefonisch ist die Firma nicht zu erreichen) wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Gitter nicht mehr produziert wird und man mich informieren würde, wenn das Nachfolgeprodukt auf dem Markt wäre. Nach 7 Wochen!!! in dieser Zeit hätte ich mich nach einem anderen Produkt umschauen können und hätte die Zeit nicht mit sinnlosem Warten vertan. Eine echte Unverschämtheit! I ordered the boot lattice Rocky2 over 7 weeks ago. After the specified 5 weeks waiting time and multiple requests by mail, (the phone is not reachable by the company) I was told that the grid is no longer produced and you would inform me if the successor product would be on the market. After 7 weeks !!! During this time I could have looked for another product and would not have missed the time with senseless waiting. A real impudence!

Als die Box ankam und nicht in mein Auto passte wurde mir sofort telefonisch weitergeholfen und Lösungsvorschläge angeboten. Total nett, freundlich und kompetent wurde mir bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Der Fehler lag jedoch nicht an der Box oder der Produktion sondern an mir und meinem "ich muss gleich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit ausflippen" ? das wichtigste ist, die Box passt jetzt perfekt und ich und meine 2 Vierbeiner sind total zufrieden damit. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal liebes dog in the box Team ?? Top product, top advice ? I'm really excited about the "Dog in the box" team. When the box arrived and did not fit into my car I was immediately helped by phone and offered solutions. Total nice, friendly and competent helped me in solving the problem. The mistake was not in the pits or the production but in me and my "I have to freak out about every little thing" ? the most important thing is, the box fits perfectly now and I and my two four-legged friends are totally satisfied with it.
