A	Alex Wrona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren bei schlechtem Wetter mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln mit einem Kleinkind und einem Baby angereist und wegen weniger als 10 Minuten Verspätung wurde uns der Termin gestrichen. Sehr unfreundliche und unempathische Art mit PatientInnen / KundInnen umzugehen. We had come by public transport with a toddler and a baby in bad weather and the appointment was canceled because we were less than 10 minutes late. Very unfriendly and unempathetic way of dealing with patients / customers.

Man hat keine bzw. kaum Wartezeiten und wir fühlen uns voll und ganz umsorgt. Wir möchten besonders Frau Dr. Haslinger hervorheben, da diese stets auf alle Fragen mit großer Geduld eingeht und man ausführlich beraten wird in jeglicher Hinsicht. Die Praxis selbst wirkt wie neu und ist sehr kinderfreundlich ausgelegt. We like to go there again and again with our 2.5 year old daughter, although the occasion may not be so pleasant. There are no or hardly any waiting times and we feel completely taken care of. We would especially like to thank Dr. Haslinger emphasize, as she always answers all questions with great patience and you are advised in detail in every respect. The practice itself looks like new and is designed to be very child-friendly.

Weil sie Frühchen waren, haben wir recht intensive Betreuung gebraucht. Bei akuten Angelegenheiten haben wir immer schnell Auskunft und falls erforderlich auch schnell einen Termin bekommen. Großes Dankeschön, sehr zu empfehlen! Very well organized practice with competent and friendly doctors and assistants. We have been there with our children since 2019. Because they were premature babies, we needed very intensive care. In the case of acute matters, we always have quick information and, if necessary, a quick appointment. Big thank you, highly recommended!
K	Kappel József on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können die Ärzte und die Behandlung in diesem Praxis nicht beurteilen, aber von dem Umgang mit werdenden Patienten sind wir sehr enttäuscht! Meine Frau hat schon relativ frühzeitig in der Schwangerschaft (ca. SSW 28) angerufen und wollte uns als Patient registrieren. Damals wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt, dass es noch sehr früh ist, und wir sollten ca 6 Wochen vor der Geburt wieder anrufen. Sie haben uns versichert, dass Neugeborene immer genommen werden. Nun als es soweit war, haben wir wieder angerufen und eine sehr unfreundliche Assistentin hat uns mitgeteilt, dass es einen Aufnahmestopp gibt, und nicht mal mit Neugeborenen kann man kommen. Wir können verstehen, dass die Situation ändern kann und Ärzte sind gezwungen, Patienten abzuweisen, trotzdem denken wir, dass diese Vorgehensweise nicht fair war und man steht plötzlich da vor der Geburt ohne Kinderarzt... We cannot judge the doctors and the treatment in this practice, but we are very disappointed with the way we treat future patients! My wife called relatively early in pregnancy (around 28 weeks of gestation) and wanted to register us as a patient. At that time we were kindly informed that it was still very early and that we should call again about 6 weeks before the birth. You have assured us that newborns will always be accepted. When the time came, we called again and a very unfriendly assistant told us that there was a freeze on admission and that you cannot even come with newborns. We can understand that the situation can change and doctors are forced to turn away patients, but we still think that this approach was not fair and you are suddenly faced with the birth without a pediatrician ...

Akute Beschwerden meines Kindes, Termin morgen, danach auf die Dringlichkeit hingewiesen, sehr freches und arrogantes Vorgehen. Da ich selbst in der Branche tätig bin, war ich ehrlichgesagt wirklich sprachlos. Ich würde nicht anrufen und auf einen Not-Termin bestehen, wäre es nicht wirklich akut, da ich genau weiß, wie es abläuft. Jedoch dieses Vorgehen erschüttert mich sehr. This point also seems too much to me. My child's acute complaints, appointment tomorrow, then pointed out to the urgency, very cheeky and arrogant approach. Since I work in the industry myself, to be honest, I was really speechless. I wouldn't call and insist on an emergency appointment if it weren't really acute because I know exactly how it works. However, this approach shakes me very much.
D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es macht mich sprachlos, dass es mir unmöglich ist einen Platz bei einem Kinderarzt zu finden. Heute wurde mir unfassbar herablassend und unfreundlich erklärt, dass nur Neugeborene aufgenommen werden. Als ich vor der Geburt angerufen habe wurde mir erklärt, dass niemand aufgenommen wird. Fürs 2te Kind melde ich mich dann vor dem schwangerschaftstest an. Der Gemeinschaftspraxis ist wohl nicht bewusst, dass Eltern Mutterkindpass Untersuchungen zu erfüllen haben. Danke, dass ich nun mit Kind und Kegel durch halb Wien fahren darf. Bei so unfreundliche Personal möchte ich mein Kind ohnehin nicht untersuchen lassen. It makes me speechless that it is impossible for me to find a place with a pediatrician. Today I was told in an incredibly condescending and unfriendly manner that only newborns are admitted. When I called before the birth, I was told that no one would be admitted. For the 2nd child, I register before the pregnancy test. The group practice is probably not aware that parents have to carry out maternal child passport examinations. Thank you for letting me drive through half of Vienna with my child. With such unfriendly staff, I don't want to have my child examined anyway.

Habe gerade angerufen und dürfte nur sagen "mein Sohn hat in der Nacht 40 Grad Fieber gehabt" und bin unterbrochen worden mit den Wörtern "Können Sie das bitte abkürzen?". Wie kann man da so unfreundlich sein, egal ob man grade Stress hat. Ist nicht das erste Mal in dieser Ordination. Very unfriendly handling of patients at the reception. I just called and could only say "my son had a temperature of 40 degrees during the night" and was interrupted with the words "Can you shorten that, please?". How can you be so unfriendly, regardless of whether you are under stress. It's not the first time in this ordination.
