Würde nach dieser Erfahrung eine Abireise mit diesem Unternehmen NICHT empfehlen. I've been waiting for my repayment after the cancellation for almost 2 months. I hope to get the money soon! Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, da alle im Home Office sind (anscheinend gibts da kein Telefon...), auf Mails wird gar nicht oder erst nach Tagen missmutig reagiert. So wie es aussieht, werde ich den VKI einschalten müssen. Update: Mittlerweile wurde (fast) der gesamte Betrag rückerstattet, lediglich Stotnokosten u.ä. wurden einbehalten. Manchmal ist es anscheinend nützlich etwas Radau zu machen...? Wait and wait ... Natürlich, muss man in einer Pandemie etwas geduldiger sein wenn es um eine Antwort geht aber am Ende konnten sie uns helfen. We got our questions answered well and professionally. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, kompetentes Service. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen! Kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier garnicht nachvollziehen. Bin rundum zufrieden :-) Best tour operator, especially when it comes to the Matura trip. My expectations were not only met but exceeded by far. Friendly and helpful staff, competent service. Would book again anytime! Can't understand the bad reviews here. I am completely satisfied :-)
