Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, kompetentes Service. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen! Best tour operator, especially when it comes to the Matura trip. My expectations were not only met but exceeded by far. Friendly and helpful staff, competent service. Would book again anytime!

Dafür kann die Firma natürlich nichts, aber ein derart schlechtes Krisenmanagement, wo es nur um Profite geht darf im Normalfall eine seriöse Firma nicht überleben. Zuerst verspricht man, dass es im Juni eine ganz normale Maturareise geben wird, aber man kann wenn man möchte trotzdem stornieren und schenkt dem Unternehmen aus Mitleid einfach so 350€, danach obwohl das mit Sicherheit allen Verantwortlichen klar war sagt man ab und Hunderte von Maturanten bleiben auf Ihren Kosten sitzen. Obwohl sie mit dieser höchst unseriösen Masche vielleicht kurzfristig Erfolg haben, hoffe ich dass sie in Zukunft auch menschliche, seriöse und kundenfreundliche Lösungen anbieten, wo sie nicht nur bei Vertragsabschluss sondern auch danach erreichbar sind und nicht Corona dafür nutzen unterzutauchen! This agency promised an unforgettable school trip, nothing came of it. The company can of course not help, but such a bad crisis management, where it is all about profits, should not normally survive a reputable company. First you promise that there will be a normal school trip in June, but you can still cancel if you want and give the company just 350 € out of pity, afterwards although it was clear to all those responsible, you cancels and hundreds of school leavers stay seated at your expense. Although you may be successful with this highly dubious scam in the short term, I hope that in the future you will also offer human, reputable and customer-friendly solutions, where you can be reached not only when the contract is concluded but also afterwards and do not use Corona to immerse yourself!

Storno wurde bereits bestätigt, jedoch kann man nicht darauf zählen das man von dieser Agentur Infos über Termine oder sonstige Dinge bekommt. Das ganze macht einen äußerst schlechten Eindruck. Konsumentenschützer warnen bereits. Klare Empfehlung hier keine Reise zu buchen! No feedback even after many weeks. Cancellation has already been confirmed, but you cannot count on getting information about dates or other things from this agency. The whole thing looks extremely bad. Consumer advocates are already warning. Clear recommendation not to book a trip here!

Schade das es keine minus Sterne gibt. Ein Stern ist da schon eine Übertreibung. Ich wünsche den Leuten die dort in Zukunft eine Maturareise buchen viel Glück. Da das Jahr 2021 auch von Corona geprägt ist wird dieser Anbieter hoffentlich bald von der Bildfläche verschwinden. Mich würde es sehr freuen. I hope to get my travel expenses back soon. I	Iris Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter war dieses Jahr mit X-Jam in Kroatien und was sie erzählt hat ist katastrophal. Sie hatte ein günstigeres Package (800 statt 900€) für eine Woche und wurde dort letztklassig behandelt. Das Buffet war unteriridisch schlecht. In den Appartments war die Küche mit Kabelbindern abgeriegelt und nicht benutzbar. Um Trinkwassser zu bekommen, musste sie fast bis ans andere Ende der Insel gehen. Einige Securities vergreifen sich dort an den Mädchen. Eine Bekannte meiner Tochter hat augenscheinlich KO-Tropfen ins Getränk bekommen, konnte sich noch auf die Toilette flüchten und ist dort bis zum 10 Uhr vormittags gelegen. Als ihre Freundinnen bei der Abfahrt gesagt haben, dass sie vermisst ist, haben die Zuständigen nur eiskalt gemeint: Wenn sie bis zum Treffpunkt nicht da ist, fahren sie ab. Sie sind dann tatsächlich ohne das Mädchen gefahren. Die Zustände auf X-Jam sind absolut schockierend und eigentlich ein Fall für die Staatsanwaltschaft. My daughter was in Croatia with X-Jam this year and what she said is disastrous. She had a cheaper package (800 instead of 900 €) for a week and was treated there in the last class. MaRkEnGeTrÄnKe, wie sie hier angepriesen werden, sind Fehlanzeige. Verdünntes Bier und schwache Mischen sind hier der kroatische Standart. Über das Essen könnte ich ihnen jetzt einen Hassroman mit 1000 Seiten schreiben, mein Darm und meine Geschmacksnerven schreiben aber die Geschichte schon für sich selbst. Absolut miserabel gewürzt und der Durchfall lies keine 15 Minuten auf sich warten. Im Ganzen zusammengefasst habe ich mir hier mit Sicherheit eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt und kann das ganze Reservoir total NICHT weiterempfehlen. I could write a 1000-page hate story for you about the food, but my gut and taste buds are already writing the story for themselves. Absolutely miserably seasoned and the diarrhea was less than 15 minutes in coming. All in all, I have definitely got food poisoning here and can totally NOT recommend the whole reservoir.
