★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten einen Termin zur Angebotserstellung für eine einfache Heizkörperinstallation, hierzu musste erst einmal zweimal angerufen und nachgefragt werden. Als dann derjenige endlich kam - mit reichlich Verspätung - war dieser irgendwo, nur nicht bei der Sache. Er wirkte genervt und desinteressiert. Und genau das war das Resultat. Ein versprochenes Angebot haben wir nie erhalten; über einen Monat später.
Wenn man sich aber den bisherigen Verlauf noch einmal gedanklich durchspielt, war das aber vermutlich auch besser so.
We wanted to make an offer for a simple radiator installation, this had to be called twice and asked. When the one finally came - with much delay - this was somewhere, just not in the thing. He seemed annoyed and uninterested. And that was exactly the result. We never received a promised offer; over a month later.
But if you go through the previous course again mentally, but that was probably better that way.
