Die Beratung - eine Katastrophe. Für sensible Haut wird einem Rosenwasser empfohlen. Ich verlange von einer Drogeristin keine Dermatologenkentnisse, aber Rosenwasser, welches logischerweise parfümiert ist für sensiboe Haut??? Und das Kommentar danach war eigentlich das schlimmste "und danach nimmst du noch das.... Weil dadurch schließen sich deine Poren wieder"
- Poren können sich nicht öffnen und schließen, das ist jedem bewusst, der sich minimal mit unserer Haut beschäftigt hat! Zu dem anderen Beratungen kann ich nichts sagen, aber ordentliche Beratung bezüglich Hautpflege würde ich hier nicht erwarten. Sehr schade

The advice - a disaster. Rose water is recommended for sensitive skin. I don't ask a drugstore to be a dermatologist, but rose water, which is naturally scented for sensitive skin ??? And the comment after that was actually the worst "and then you take that ... because it closes your pores again"
- Pores cannot open and close, everyone who has minimally dealt with our skin is aware of this! I can't comment on the other consultation, but I would not expect proper advice on skin care here. It's a shame

Mein Haar ist jetzt extrem beschädigt und gar nicht mehr schön. Kann es kaum durchkämmen + Haarausfall.
Gefällt mir absolut nicht. Umsonst 175€ bezahlt und 4,5h da gesessen. ????
Was there a month ago to have my hair dyed.
My hair is now extremely damaged and no longer beautiful. Can hardly comb it + hair loss.
I absolutely don't like it. Paid for free 175 € and sat there for 4.5 hours. ????
