Really dont get why the staff has to fill wine bottles into the shelf at peak time 12am while only one cash desk is avaliable and 22 (yes I counted!!) fu**** 22 people!!!! are waiting in the line. The staff is annoyed and crumpy too due to this.
The meat counter constantly is dirty too! And dont even try to get advice from the staff - unless you wanna watch a theater show on how not to comfort customers!
Really worst shop. Go to any other shop, even if it takes you a few minutes! Its just sad and disappointing!
Its a fu*** bad joke this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure, whether staff is responsible for money in checkout, but you have to always check for your change!!!!!
Many times, shop was dirty and staff was very unfriendly. Waiting times are sometimes terrible.
They will put big label: "bier for 69 cents", and small information you have to buy 24 biers, other ways you have to pay 50 percent more. If you are not native German, you do not understand what is there written.
They will put to your mail box Gutschein for 25 percent discount. After shopping, they are talking what everything you cannot buy for Gutschein in checkout.
Once, something was stolen in the store, and they were rude on me and they told me that I am lying. Then, I asked security by cell phone in central Billa to check their cameras in the store. At the end, they saw the personal took my staff there! I have got my staff back, but I paid lots of money for calls and took it two hours to do it!
No guests are steeling there, but personal! I hate them! Price, what you see, does need to be final price for your buy in the store. Especially, if you are not German!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant and comprehensive stock. With lots of choice. And on going to the till we were given a sticky sheet of 25% off vouchers, so you could put the sticker on an item and get 25% off. A mini supermarket sweep!
