n	no name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dm mag ich sehr aber in diese Filiale hab ich mich sehr schlecht gefühlt Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle unfreundlich und unmotiviert! I like it very much but I felt very bad in this branch. Employees were all unfriendly and unmotivated!

A	AHMED S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damals habe ich ein Beschwerde geschrieben und ich war sehr traurig wegen einer unangenehme Erfahrung beim Einkauf aber jetzt möchte ich das änderen und ich bin sehr froh und dankbar das die DM schelle reagiert hat und das Problem gelöst ,,die Personal sind sehr nett geworden und empfangen jeden Kunde mit einem Lächeln und nette Begrüßung und sind immer hilfsbereit,,alte Kommentare ""sollen lieber ein Schild draußen hängen das kein Ausländer rein darf besser als das ich fast jedes mal als ein Dieb mich fühle wegen ihre Respektlos Behandlung und die unangenehme Vermutung die meine Würde jedes mal verletzt"" At that time I wrote a complaint and I was very sad about an unpleasant shopping experience but now I want to change it and I am very happy and grateful that the DM clamp responded and solved the problem, the staff have become very nice and welcoming every customer with a smile and a nice greeting and are always helpful, "old comments" should rather hang a sign outside that no foreigner is allowed in better than that I almost feel like a thief almost every time because of their disrespectful treatment and the unpleasant presumption my dignity hurt every time ""

Obwohl ich da mehr als drei Jahre Kunde ! Ich hoffe,dass mir nicht mehr passiert. I have had a bad experience here! The employees monitored so irreverently to the customers. H	Hülisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebes Dm-Team, ich finde es nicht in Ordnung demotivierte MitarbeiterInnen einzustellen bzw. ist es die Aufgabe des Konzerns die Mitarbeiter zu motivieren!! In jeden andere Filiale wird man mit einem lächelnden Gesicht begrüßt und wenn man eine Frage hat, wird genauso freundlich geantwortet... Mir ist klar das nicht jeden Tag ein motivierter Tag sein kann, aber es kann auch nicht sein, dass die MitarbeiterInnen, und ich bin letzte Woche 3x drinnen gewesen, so ein Gesicht ziehen, wenn man eine Frage hat so unhöflich zurück antwortet... Fazit: DM Fasangasse ist ein no go... Da geh ich lieber zu der Konkurrenz!! Dear Dm team, I find it not okay to hire demotivated employees or it is the task of the group to motivate the employees !! In every other branch you are greeted with a smiling face and if you have a question the answer is just as friendly ... Conclusion: DM Fasangasse is a no go ... I prefer going to the competition !!
