Betrieb absolut unseriös: Mitarbeiter kommen, wollen teures Schlüsselsystem aufschwatzen (in meinem Fall 2500,-- exkl.MwSt) Nötig war eine Schlossreinigung um 10,-- Trinkgeld.
Operation absolutely dubious: Employees come, want to talk up expensive key system (in my case 2500, - excluding VAT) A lock cleaning was necessary for a 10, - tip.

70 MINUTEN VERSPÄTUNG UND TEUERER ALS GESAGT Hab den Schlüsseldienst direkt vor Ort im Geschäft bestellt. Dort wurde mir gesagt der dass es 20 Minuten dauern würde bis der Schlüsseldienst bei mir wäre. Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit bei der Zentrale angerufen, wo mir versichert wurde, dass sie in 10 Minuten da wären. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten meldete sich der Fahrer bei mir und sagte dass er in 10 Minuten da wäre. Weitere 30 minuten verstrichen bis jemand bei mir auftachte. Dann war er auch noch so dreist glatt das doppelte von dem zu verlangen was mir im Geschäft zugesichert wurde. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
70 MINUTES LATE AND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SAID I ordered the locksmith on site in the shop. There I was told that it would take 20 minutes for the locksmith to be with me. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called the headquarters, where I was assured that they would be there in 10 minutes. After another 20 minutes, the driver contacted me and said that he would be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed before someone woke up at my place. Then he was so bold as to ask for double what I was assured in the business. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Ich habe mir vor Jahren, mein Schloss wechseln lassen bei Ihnen, und war heute das 2te mal wieder, Schlüssel nachmachen! Preisleistung TOP! Eine schnelle Leistung Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, denke der Chef wird mich bedient haben. EIn wirklich sehr, sehr netter Herr! Es wird einen, ein Kaffee angeboten oder Wasser was man eben möchte. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!
Years ago, I had my lock changed with you, and today was the second time to copy keys! Price performance TOP! A quick performance Very, very nice staff, think the boss will have served me. A really, really nice gentleman! You will be offered a coffee or whatever water you want. I can only recommend it!

Wahnsinns guter Service, kompetent, faire Preise, blitzschnell und dann noch ein super freundliches + hilfsbereites Team. Was will man mehr... achja, es gibt auch noch Kaffee, Cola etc. während der Wartezeit auf die neuen Schlüssel.

Nach einem Besuch bei meinen Eltern in einer anderen Stadt bin ich vor meine Haustüre angekommen und habe gemerkt, dass ich meine Schlüssel nicht mit hatte. Meine Hausverwaltung hat mir daraufhin geraten einen Schlüsseldienst anzurufen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass sie in 20 Minuten da sein werden. Am Ende waren es 50 Minuten, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm und war einfach froh dass sie da waren. Gleich nach dem Begrüßen kam die Frage, ob ich die Türe eh nicht zugesperrt habe. Nachdem das aber klarerweise halt schon der Fall war, kam die Antwort, dass er das Schloss dann austauschen muss, was um die 400€ kosten würde. Dachte mir na gut, dann ist es weniger umständlich und günstiger wenn ich mit dem Zug zurück zu meinen Eltern fahre und die Schlüssel abhole. Der Herr vom Schlüsseldienst meinte, ich sollte ihm dann 150€ zahlen für die Anfahrtskosten. Ich war schockiert, weil er diese eine Frage auch locker am Telefon hätte stellen können. Wie dem auch sei, verlangte ich nach einer Rechnung (für meine Versicherung), worauf er dann meinte, dass das die Kosten erhöhen würde. Nachdem ich aber darauf bestanden habe, sagte er dann, dass er die Kosten auf 120€ runtersetzen kann. Alles in allem fand ich das dubios und er hat meine Situation ausgenutzt in dem er die eine goldene Frage (ob ich zugesperrt habe oder nicht) wohl absichtlich nicht gestellt hat bis er bei mir war.
After visiting my parents in another city, I arrived at my front door and realized that I didn't have my keys with me. My property management advised me to call a locksmith. I was told on the phone that they would be there in 20 minutes. In the end it was 50 minutes, but that didn't matter and was just glad that they were there. Immediately after the greeting came the question whether I had not locked the door anyway. After that was clearly the case, the answer came that he would have to replace the lock, which would cost around 400 €. I thought it would be less cumbersome and cheaper if I take the train back to my parents and pick up the keys. The man from the locksmith said I should pay him € 150 for the travel expenses. I was shocked because he could easily have asked that question over the phone. Anyway, I asked for an invoice (for my insurance company), whereupon he said it would add to the cost. But after I insisted, he said that he could reduce the costs to € 120. All in all, I found that dubious and he took advantage of my situation by deliberately not asking the one golden question (whether I locked up or not) until he was with me.

I had a terrible and, quite frankly, the worst experience in my entire life with this locksmith and Mr B. they sent to change my door lock/cylinder. Despite my requests via telecom and WhatsApp messages to provide me with a quotation for changing the lock, Mr B. informed me that he would only provide me with a quotation upon a free inspection of the lock. So, I decided to give it a go as I didn't expect what was about to happen. He arrived together with his 10 year old son to inspect the lock, which I believe was quite unprofessional. He started negotiations with offering to change the lock for EUR 500 that I considered to be a completely non-sensical price for a door cylinder. After series of offers, he made a final offer of EUR 120, which I refused to accept as I thought this was expensive and without official company bill/invoice. He continued pushing me into accepting this offer of EUR 120. I refused to accept it and said that I would call him back after I inquire with other locksmiths. But he did not stop advertising and pushing. I then politely asked him to leave and step out of my apartment because I did not feel comfortable talking with him anymore. He then became really aggressive and started shouting and cursing at me using very rude and strong words in Russian, which I will not dare to repeat. He did not stop shouting in front of his son and myself until I closed the door. I then sent an official complaint to the company, to which they didn't even bother to reply. I would strongly suggest NOT using this company and their services as they will try to rip you off.

The two guys (who looked like father and son) definitely tried ripping me off, but instead of falling for it I actually almost bursted into laughter when he they told me how much they wanted to charge me. They dared asking 200€ for duplicating 4 keys (one of them was a mailbox key!). Absolutely ridiculous. Whatever you nationality is, stay away!
