Das Studio ist sauber, die Instrumente werden regelmäßig desinfizieren, die Handtücher sind frisch, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ich komme schon seit mehreren Jahren hier. Die Preise sind in der Zeit mehrmals gestiegen. 23,50 EUR für eine Fußpflege Kurzbehandlung ist meiner Meinung nach relativ teuer. Ich habe aber keinen Vergleich, darum gibt es dafür keinen Abzug. Ich kann das Studio empfehlen. The beauticians are very friendly and personable and do a good job with the foot care (I can not say anything about the other products). The studio is clean, the instruments are regularly disinfected, the towels are fresh, there is nothing to complain about. I have been here for several years. The prices have risen several times in the time. 23.50 EUR for a foot care short treatment is in my opinion relatively expensive. But I have no comparison, so there is no deduction. I can recommend the studio.

Gut ist, das man die Termine online buchen kann und sich auch die jeweilige Mitarbeiterin aussuchen kann. The foot care staff is very friendly and courteous. These help immediately if someone has problems. It is good that you can book the appointments online and also choose the respective employee.

M	Marlena p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmster Haarschnitt den ich je bekommen habe… Habe (hatte) relativ lange und gesunde Haare. wollte 2cm Spitzen schneiden, vorne alles auf eine Länge. Nach kurzer Begutachtung „bestand“ die Mitarbeiterin auf einen Splissschnitt, durch welchen meine Haare nun total ausgefranst sind. Nach dem Waschen wurde sofort losgeschnitten, sie hat gesagt sie orientiert sich am Mittelscheitel, sie mache das halt immer so. Normalerweise wird man gefragt welchen Scheitel man gerne hätte, ist ja auch logisch. Sie wirkte gestresst und nach knappen 5 Minuten war mein Haarschnitt fertig, ohne nochmals zu kontrollieren ob das wohl so passt. Föhnen wollte ich selber. Dann wurde mir gesagt sie müsse jetzt gehen, ich soll dann einfach zahlen gehen. Bei ausschließlich jedem Friseurbesuch in anderen Studios wurde auch im trockenem Zustand der Haarschnitt nochmals kontrolliert, was auch wichtig ist, da hier natürlich die Haare nochmals anders fallen. Das war aber nicht möglich, da meine Frisörin nicht mehr da war. Beim selber Föhnen viel mir schon auf das es komplett schief und komisch geschnitten wurde, vorher waren alle Haare gleich lang, nun waren einige Strähnen ca 2-4 cm kürzer als andere, eine Strähne ist im Vergleich viel zu lang. Meine Haare sind glatt, das fällt sofort auf. Statt den ausgemachten 2 cm wurde meine Haare um ca 5 cm kürzer, was ich als eine Absolute Frechheit empfinde. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück, ich komme nicht wieder. Worst haircut I've ever had... I have (had) relatively long and healthy hair. wanted to cut 2cm tips, all to one length at the front. After a short assessment, the employee "insisted" on a split-end cut, which has now completely frayed my hair. After washing, the hair was cut straight away, she said she uses the center part as a guide, she always does it that way. Normally you are asked which parting you would like to have, which is also logical. She seemed stressed and after almost 5 minutes my haircut was done without checking again to see if it would fit. I wanted to blow dry myself. Then I was told she had to go now, I should just go pay. During every visit to the hairdresser in other studios, the haircut was checked again when it was dry, which is also important, since the hair falls differently here, of course. But that was not possible because my hairdresser was no longer there. When blow-drying it myself, I noticed that it was cut completely crooked and strange, before all hair was the same length, now some strands were about 2-4 cm shorter than others, one strand is much too long in comparison. My hair is straight, which is immediately noticeable. Instead of the agreed 2 cm, my hair was about 5 cm shorter, which I find to be an absolute cheek. I would like my money back, I won't be coming back.
