Diese meinte unfreundlich, dass kann sie sich nicht vorstellen. Sie schickte eine Mitarbeiterin um nachzusehen. Diese nahm das reduzierte Preisschild und brachte es an die Kassa zur Bestätigung meiner Aussage. Sie gab mir widerwillig das Geld und meinte, es sei normal nicht üblich. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Es würde eine Schulung bzgl Kundenfreundlichkeit mancher Mitarbeiter nicht schaden. Bought a discounted skin cream (around € 3.30) last night and noticed the full price at home. This morning I filed a complaint with an older cashier. She said unfriendly, she can't imagine that. She sent a worker to look. They took the reduced price tag and took it to the cash desk to confirm my statement. She reluctantly gave me the money, saying it was not common. Not a word of apology. Training on customer friendliness for some employees would not do any harm.
