Has basically everything ... the first time had some problems to find the wanted, but there is a hairdressing studio = Plus point

21,50 € für einen "4-Minuten-Kurzhaarschnitt" !!! [bei Sonja]
Abgesehen davon, dass mir weder ein Getränk angeboten wurde, noch die Haare gewaschen wurden, ist dieser Preis absolut inakzeptabel!

Kundenbindindung festigt mann nicht mit negativer Mundpropaganda.
Worst price-performance ratio that has ever happened to me:
21.50 € for a "4-minute short haircut" !!! [at Sonja]
Apart from the fact that I was not offered a drink and my hair was washed, this price is absolutely unacceptable!

Customer loyalty is not consolidated with negative word of mouth.
