Maschine kaputt, Web search, YTube was gefunden - gut gemacht, hier her verlinkt (Tutorials), dann angeschrieben (weil doch anders..), Hilfe rasch, entgegenkommend, äußerst kompetent. So muss Fachmarkt, im Web! DANKE, Herr Gerald! 5 stars and one more on top! I've never experienced such a remote service (via the web), just great! Machine broken, web search, YTube found something - well done, linked here (tutorials), then written to (because different ...), help quickly, responsive, extremely competent. Dass es heutzutage so einen tollen Service gibt, auch wenn man noch nicht einmal Kunde ist, finde ich wirklich bemerkenswert und daher 5 Sterne und nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team dort! This is my first review that I will ever write in my life, but here is what I really want to share: Today, within a very short time, I received such competent help by email from the screw doc service staff with repeated inquiries, sending pictures back and forth, etc. that I was able to solve my washing machine problem within one morning! That there is such a great service nowadays, even if you are not even a customer, I find really remarkable and therefore 5 stars and again a big thank you to the team there!

Wurde sehr gut bei der Auswahl eines speziellen Scharniers beraten und hatte es 2 Tage später in Händen! Very good shop with a lot of expertise that you can hardly find anywhere else. Was very well advised in choosing a specific hinge and had it in my hands 2 days later!

Darauf hab ich das voraussichtlich notwendige Ersatzteil über "schraub doc" bestellt und wie es dann halt öfters im Leben so ist, die Kette der Probleme geht weiter...falsches Teil, gefühlte lange Wartezeit! Doch der ursprünglich wahre Grund dafür, ein unfairer, verlogener Verkäufer! Nun, an wenn hab ich meinen Frust ausgelassen, ja genau, bei dem Falschen! So, dass war mein Einstieg bei "schraub doc", also nicht besonders. Doch bei "schraub doc" sitzt ein gewisser Gerald und als ich ihm die Hintergründe meines Ärgers erzählte, da war auf einmal Verständnis für mich und meine Situation da und aus anfänglicher Skepsis meinerseits wurde nun ein sehr gutes Miteinander!!! Allein vom menschlichem Standpunkt und da spreche ich noch gar nicht von der fachlichen Kompetenz der MitarbeiterInnen von "schraub doc" verdienen sie von mir fünf (5) Sterne! Hubert Novak/Stmk.! I would like to say in advance, I bought a used espresso machine on the web and had bad luck with the seller, I just say "Liar!" Then I ordered the probably necessary spare part via "schraub doc" and as it is often the case in life, the chain of problems continues ... wrong part, what felt like a long wait! But the original real reason for it, an unfair, lying seller! Well, when I left out my frustration, yes exactly, with the wrong guy! So that was my start at "schraub doc", so not particularly. But at "schraub doc" there is a certain Gerald and when I told him the background to my anger, there was suddenly an understanding for me and my situation and my initial skepticism turned into a very good relationship! From a human point of view alone, and I'm not even talking about the technical competence of the employees at "schraub doc", they deserve five (5) stars from me! Hubert Novak / Styria!
