Meine Quarantäne Zeit ist vorbei und möchte ich Gesundheitamt artzt fragen ob ich gehen darf. Leider keine Melde mich. Ich bin hilflos. How can that be. I have to call it for at least 1 hour, but it has nothing to do with it. I've tested positive for covid. My quarantine time is over and I want to ask the health department doctor if I can go. Unfortunately no report me. I'm helpless.

B	Bernhard Ferro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sämtliche Versuche Kontakt aufzunehmen sind entweder gescheitert oder werden derart zeitverzögert beantwortet, dass die Aussagekraft der Antwort oft hinfällig ist. Die Bürokratie hat offensichtlich immer noch nicht das Wort "Service" verstanden. Immerhin werden diese Leute mit Steuergeldern bezahlt. Wo ist da das Service? All attempts to establish contact have either failed or are answered with such a time delay that the meaningfulness of the answer is often irrelevant. Obviously, the bureaucracy still hasn't understood the word "service". After all, these people are paid with tax money. Where is that service?
A	Alex Brantner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x während Corona mit diesem Amt zu tun gehabt und jedesmal enttäuscht - es braucht zig Anrufe bis die irgendwas auf die Reihe kriegen, ihre Systeme haben sie offensichtlich nicht im Griff und viele dort unwillig obendrein. Gerade wurde ich kommentarlos in die Warteschleife geworfen (nein ich hatte keine Beschwerde g hätte lediglich eine Auskunft gebraucht ). Bei einem neuerlichen Anruf wurde nichtmal mehr abgehoben. Had to do with this office twice during Corona and disappointed each time - it takes umpteen calls for them to get something done, they obviously don't have their systems under control and many there are unwilling to do so. I was just put on hold without comment (no, I had no complaint g would have just needed information). Another call was not even picked up.
F	Florin Balint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv die schlechteste Behörde mit der ich jemals zu tun hatte - seit 3 Monaten noch immer kein Absonderungsbescheid bekommen. Habe mehrmals angerufen, mehrere E-Mails verschickt und noch immer keine Antwort und persönlich soll man ja wegen Covid-19 nicht hingehen... Ich kann verstehen, dass es viel zu tun gibt, aber vielleicht ist das eine Möglichkeit die Sachen etwas zu modernisieren und die Prozesse zu digitalisieren und schneller machen - wenn es schon offensichtlich nicht klappt... es gibt genug Unternehmen die solche Lösungen anbieten könnten und diese innerhalb von Wochen liefern könnten... Definitely the worst agency I have ever dealt with - still no separation notice for 3 months. I called several times, sent several emails and still no answer and personally you shouldn't go there because of Covid-19 ... I can understand that there is a lot to do, but maybe this is a possibility to modernize things a bit and to digitize the processes and make them faster - if it obviously doesn't work ... there are enough companies that could offer such solutions and these could deliver within weeks ...

T	Tom Barcal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man 15minuten vor der Mittagspause anruft, dann hebt keiner mehr ab und man fliegt um Punkt 12uhr aus der Leitung bzw ist mit dem Tonband verbunden "...sie rufen ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten an.... ". Kann man wiederholen - mit Garantie :-( If you call 15 minutes before the lunch break, no one picks up the phone and at 12:00 sharp you are disconnected or connected to the tape "...you are calling outside of business hours...". Can be repeated - with guarantee :-(
