Ich habe mehrere Behandlungen hinter mir, super Ärzte und Assistentinnen. Ich bin richtig glücklich mit meinen 4 neuen Kronen. Saubere Arbeit, vielen lieben Dank. Wonderful practice, no waiting times, you are welcomed in a very friendly manner and accompanied to the treatment room. I have had several treatments behind me, great doctors and assistants. I am really happy with my 4 new crowns. Nice work, thank you very much.
A	Alf Sch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren November 2020 in dieser Praxis, zwecks Kostenvoranschlag zur Zahnsanierung bei meiner Frau und mir. Empfang war (seitens der Damen an der Rezeption)ein wenig frostig, arrogant und unfreundlich .Hatte Zahnarzt mit osteuropäischen Akzent. Beratung war soweitin Ordnung, nur ein wenig patzig?Frage seinerseits, warum ich mit dieser Zahnlücke erst jetzt komme? Bzw. nach einer Nachfrage antwortete dieser, er hätte dies schon davor angesprochen. Es folgte danach ein weiteres Gespräch bei einer Dame, diese war ein wenig oberflächlich und meiner Meinung nach war diese Person auch nicht gerade vom Fach.(ausgebildeter Zahnärzin)!? Trotzdem entschlossen wir uns, eine Woche später die Behandlung in Anspruch zu nehmen. Aufgrund von positiven Rezesionen meiner Arbeitskollegen, die dort behandelt wurden. Diese bestätigten auch die etwas unfreundliche und launische Umgangsweise der Damen an der Rezeption. Erste Anfrage auf einenTermin wurde auf Februar verschoben. Anscheinend wegen Corona dürften Sie momentan keine neuen Patienten aufnehmen. Februar hies es, dann erst im Mai können sie neue Termine vergeben. Im Mai hiese es dann wieder, wegen Corona, keine neuen Patienten. Auf meiner Nachfrage das andere Zahnarztpraxen sehr wohl neue Patienten aufnehmen hies es auf einmal, das geht von der Chefin aus. Was soll man dazu noch schreiben? Zuerst Kostenvoranschlag abkassieren und dann keine neuen Patienten aufnehmen!? Wir gingen dann zum Ärztehaus in Erl. Was in Nachhinein eine gute Entscheidung gewesen ist. 20.000 Euro hat die Sanierung ausgemacht.Preis ziemlich detto (Kramsach und Erl), nur 20.000Euro zahle wir dann lieber an Personen (Zahnärzte) die freundlicher und umgänglicher sind !!!!!!!! Were in this practice in November 2020 for a cost estimate for the dental restoration for my wife and me. Reception was a little frosty, arrogant and unfriendly (on the part of the ladies at the reception). Had a dentist with an Eastern European accent. The advice was okay, just a little snotty? Asked why I’m only coming with this tooth gap now? Or after a request, the latter replied that he had already addressed this beforehand. This was followed by another conversation with a lady, she was a little superficial and in my opinion this person was not exactly a specialist either (trained dentist) !? Nevertheless, we decided to take the treatment a week later. Based on positive reviews from my work colleagues who were treated there. This also confirmed the somewhat unfriendly and moody way of dealing with the ladies at the reception. The first request for an appointment was postponed to February. Apparently because of Corona, you are currently not allowed to admit new patients. It was said in February, then they can only assign new appointments in May. In May it was said again, because of Corona, no new patients. When I asked that other dental practices are accepting new patients, it was suddenly said that the boss is assuming that. What else should you write about it? First get a quote and then do not accept any new patients !? We then went to the medical center in Erl. Which, in retrospect, was a good decision. The renovation cost 20,000 euros. Price pretty much detto (Kramsach and Erl), only 20,000 euros we prefer to pay to people (dentists) who are friendlier and more sociable !!!!!!!!

Zwar immer zack-zack und ohne viel Small Talk, jedoch immer mit Fokus auf wenig Schmerzen und perfektes Ergebnis. Erlebnis gestern: Mundhyhiene meines Lebens! Hatte noch nie zuvor so saubere Zähne! Appointments are usually kept to the minute. (no waiting) Medical service is top! Always zag-zag and without a lot of small talk, but always with a focus on little pain and perfect results. Experience yesterday: oral hygienic in my life! Never had teeth this clean before!
