Ich war äußerst positiv überrascht, wie viel man hier auch lernen kann und für den Alltag mitnimmt und würde dieses Coaching auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich selbst werde auf alle Fälle weiterhin das ein oder andere Coaching besuchen. As part of a campaign in the company, I won a trial coaching session with "Die Schlafcoachin". Without knowing what to expect, I took part. I was extremely positively surprised at how much you can learn here and take with you for everyday life and would definitely recommend this coaching to others.
