â â â â â Ich hab ein neues Kleid zweimal wegen eines Fettfleckes reinigen lassen.
Bei der ersten Reinigung war alles in Ordnung.
Beim zweiten Mal bekam ich es (stellenweise) ausgebleicht zurĂŒck. BegrĂŒndet wurde es somit, dass mein SchweiĂ wohl daran schuld wĂ€re. Denn der SchweiĂ wĂ€re ja so aggressiv und mit der Kombination einer QualitĂ€tsreinigung, kann so etwas schon mal passieren. Das hĂ€tte aber jetzt nichts damit zu tun, das es eigenartigerweise im RĂŒckenteil nur streifenweise und im DekolletĂ© runde Flecken ausgebleicht wurden. Im Achselbereich wurde der Stoff nicht ausgebleicht. Hmmm komisch? Da muss ich wohl mal zum Arzt.
Und man verstehe sowieso nicht, warum immer die Putzerei schuld wĂ€re (so eine Frage stellte man einen verĂ€rgerten Kunden doch nicht). Die Putzerei hat dann das Kleid zu einem âneutralenâ SachverstĂ€ndigen geschickt, der die Aussage bestĂ€tigt. (Was ist mit dieser Welt nur los?)
Liebe Putzerei! In einer Dienstleistung muss man sich im Vorhinein Gedanken machen, wie man solche Probleme löst. Den Kunden jedesmal mit einer andere Geschichte verÀrgern, der dann total sauer solche Bewertungen in das Netz stellt - ist nicht ratsam.

Everything was fine during the first cleaning.
The second time I got it bleached (in places). It was therefore justified that my sweat would probably be guilty of it. Because the sweat would be so aggressive and with the combination of a quality cleaning, something can happen before. But that would have nothing to do with the fact that, strangely enough, it was bleached only in strips in the back and round patches on the décolleté. The underarm area was not bleached. Hmmm funny? I have to go to the doctor.
And one does not understand anyway, why always the cleaning house blame would be (such a question one put an angry customer not). The blowroom then sent the dress to a "neutral" expert who confirmed the statement. (What's wrong with this world?)
Love cleaning! In a service you have to think in advance how to solve such problems. Annoying the customer each time with a different story, which then totally annoying such reviews in the network is - is not advisable.

â â â â â Leider Wurde bei dieser Putzerei mein 3 Monate neuer Alpha Tauri (Red-Bull) Langmantel total verhaut keine Kulanz Losung seitens des Unternehmens finde ich nicht sehr Kundenorientiert. Bin wirklich sehr enttĂ€uscht da der Fehler ja offensichtlich beim reinigen bzw. trocknen bei dieser Firma passiert ist.
Unfortunately, my 3 months new Alpha Tauri (Red-Bull) long coat was totally spanked at this cleaning shop. I don't find the company to be very customer-oriented. I'm really very disappointed because the mistake obviously happened when cleaning or drying at this company.
