M	Mario H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr mahnfreudige Ordination. Ich habe dort einen Termin vereinbart. Am Vortag des mir genannten Termins erhielt ich eine Rechnung. Laut Rechnungsposition sei ich nicht zum Termin erschienen. Ich wollte dies klären konnte jedoch nie mit der Frau Dr. sprechen. Die Fr. Dr. könne ja nicht mit jedem Patienten sprechen wurde mir von den Angestellten ausgerichtet... Eine Klärung bislang nicht möglich. Bin schon gespannt, wohin das führen wird. Es geht hier nicht um eine große Summe, mir geht es hier um das Prinzip. Ohne Wenn und Aber würde ich zahlen, wenn ich einen Fehler gemacht hätte. Die Überheblichkeit, mit der ich hier behandelt wurde, verschlägt mir immer noch den Atem. Very exhilarating ordination. I made an appointment there. The day before the appointment I had been given, I received an invoice. According to the invoice item, I did not show up for the appointment. I wanted to clarify this but could never speak to Dr. speak. The Ms. Dr. I couldn't speak to every patient, the staff directed me ... A clarification has not yet been possible. I'm excited to see where this will lead. This is not about a large sum, I am concerned with the principle. No ifs or buts, I would pay if I made a mistake. The arrogance with which I was treated here still takes my breath away.
R	Ramazan Citak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hatten letzte Woche einen Termin mit meinen 2 Söhnen. leider den Termin verabsäumt und am nächsten Tag eine Pönale von 40 Euro pro Kind vorgeschrieben bekommen wegen Nichterscheinung. dies war noch verständlich. wir haben einen Ersatztermin erhalten und dieser war heute. wir haben die 80€ via E-Banking überwiesen. da das Geld noch nicht eingetroffen ist wurde mir trotz belegter und vorgezeigter Überweisungs-Bestätigung ein Termin verwehrt. müsste jetzt eigentlich nicht der Arzt mir 80 Euro zahlen weil er meine Zeit gestohlen hat? ist eine Überweisungs-Bestätigung im 21. Jahrhundert nichts mehr wert? ich empfehle euch dringend einen anderen Arzt aufzusuchen. dieser ist nur auf das Geld aus und nicht auf das Wohl meiner Kinder had an appointment with my 2 sons last week. Since the money has not yet arrived, I was refused an appointment despite the receipt and presentation of the transfer confirmation. shouldn't the doctor now actually have to pay me 80 euros because he stole my time? is a transfer confirmation worthless in the 21st century? I strongly recommend that you see another doctor. this is only for the money and not for the well-being of my children

Terminvergabe binnen 1 Woche, sehr kompetent, gehen auf einem ein, nehmen sich Zeit, ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und der Erfolg lässt sich sehen. Ich kann diese Praxis bzw. das gesamte Praxis-Team nur weiterempfehlen. My personal experience has been extremely positive. Appointments are made within 1 week, very competent, respond to you, take your time, I felt that I was in very good hands and the success can be seen. I can only recommend this practice or the entire practice team.

Frau Dr. Gordon war sehr freundlich und einfühlsam, hat das direkte Gespräch mit meinem Sohn gesucht obwohl er erst 8 Jahre alt ist und das Problem wurde prompt festgestellt. Sehr kompetente und professionell. Terminbuchung schnell und unkompliziert. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. We were in the practice of the two orthopedists on August 12th. My son has problems with flat feet. Miss Dr. Gordon was very friendly and empathetic, tried to have a direct conversation with my son even though he is only 8 years old and the problem was discovered promptly. Very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment booking quick and easy. Staff very friendly. My son and I felt very comfortable.

Sie hat mich nicht mal richtig untersucht und nur Physiotherapien verschrieben. Also ich gehe da definitiv kein 2. mal hin. Miss Dr. Sallachner Stengl is so unfriendly and hardly took any time for my problems. She didn't even examine me properly and only prescribed physical therapy. So I'm definitely not going there a second time.

Sie hat mir meine Autoimmunerkrankung, über die sie KEINERLEI Kenntnis noch Kompetenz hat, als bald kommendes Todesurteil ausgemalt. Frau Dr. Gordon, Sie haben das Talent eine Patientin in eine Depression zu stürzen! Nur bei mir ist Ihnen das nicht gelungen. Die Aufgabe einer Ärztin sowie der Ablauf eines Patientengesprächs sollten Sie gründlich überdenken. Miss Dr. Gordon goes beyond her limits as an orthopedic surgeon! She painted my autoimmune disease, about which she has NO knowledge or competence, as an imminent death sentence. Miss Dr. Gordon, you have the talent to depress a patient! Only with me you didn't succeed. You should carefully rethink the role of a doctor and the course of a patient interview.
