Es wurde auf alle unsere Fragen eingegangen und gut und verständlich beantwortet. Frau Dr. Moreno hat sich Zeit für uns genommen und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Die Ordination ist von überaus freundlichem Personal besetzt und Dr. Poleczek hat sich die Zeit genommen, mich auf qualitativ-höchstem Niveau zu behandeln und hat nicht wie zuvor zahlreiche andere Orthopäden (eigene Erfahrung) mit dem Verordnen diverser Überweisungen auf sich warten lassen, um der Ursache meines Problems (Ellenbogen- und Rückenschmerzen im oberen Bereich) auf den Grund zu gehen. Da wartet man gerne auch mal etwas länger im Warteraum. This ordination is well attended and with good reason. Dr. Moreno hat mich schon einige Male behandelt, und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sie nimmt sich genügend Zeit für jeden einzelnen und geht auf die Probleme ein. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl und werde weiterhin diese Praxis besuchen. Was mich auch sehr positiv überrascht, ist, dass auch weitere Spezialisten (Orthopäde..) diese Ordination abdecken. Vorallem Dr. Moreno hat mir schon mehrmals durch ihre Behandlungen geholfen. Durch die unterschiedlichen Spezialisierungen der beiden Ärzte, wird ein sehr breites Spektrum der Medizin abgedeckt.... Weit mehr als "nur" eine Hausarztpraxis, man fühlt sich als Patient ernst genommen und kompetent betreut, nicht selbstverständlich bei einem Kassenarzt ..
