Anruf gegen 00:30 Früh Sehr freundlicher Fachmann erkundigt sich nach der Sachlage und gibt auch bekannt, dass er gerne bereit ist, noch in der Nacht zu kommen. Was ich ihm und auch mir nicht antun wollte. Wir vereinbarten den Termin für 8:00. Pünktlich um 8:00 werde ich angerufen! Nach Eintreffen begannen zwei Entstopfungsexperten sofort mit der Arbeit. Sie waren sehr höflich und sehr kompetent! Binnen kurzer Zeit haben sie die Ursache gefunden und unsere Not beendet. Wir wurden auch für die Zukunft sachgerecht informiert und beraten. Empfehlung: ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen, sollten Sie auch in Not mit Ihren Abfluss kommen. I immediately felt in good hands and felt well taken care of in my need. Call around 00:30 in the morning Very friendly specialist inquires about the situation and also announces that he is happy to come during the night. What I didn't want to do to him or to myself. We made the appointment for 8:00 am. Punctually at 8:00 am I got a call! Upon arrival, two unblocking experts started work immediately. They were very polite and very knowledgeable! In a short time they found the cause and ended our misery. We were also properly informed and advised for the future. Recommendation: I highly recommend this company should you come with your drain in an emergency. Tag, pünktliches Erscheinen, schnelle Behebung der Verstopfung, extrem freundlicher und kompetenter Monteur, sehr saubere Arbeit. Rechnung per Mail mit Fotos für die Versicherung am selben Tag. Absolut empfehlenswert! Very friendly on the phone, response from the fitter within a very short time with an appointment for the next (!) Day, punctual appearance, quick removal of the blockage, extremely friendly and competent fitter, very clean work. Invoice by email with photos for the insurance on the same day. Highly Recommended!

Auch der Installateur für die Montage eines neuen Spülkastens wurde vom Monteur bestellt. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden und werde die Firma gerne weiterempfehlen. Es wurde sauber gearbeitet. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat Wartungstipps gegeben. Damit werden wir ihn wohl nicht mehr so schnell brauchen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Vom Anruf bis zur erfolgreichen Beseitigung der Verstopfung im Küchenabflussrohr (mehrere Meter entfernt in der Wand) sind keine zwei Stunden vergangen. Auch die gesamte Abwicklung von der Telefonannahme bis zur Dokumentation des Schadensfalles verdient großes Lob. Perfekt! Highly professional, fast and friendly problem solving in an emergency situation - what more could you ask for! Less than two hours passed between the call and the successful removal of the blockage in the kitchen drain pipe (several meters away in the wall). The entire process, from answering the phone to documenting the damage, also deserves great praise. Perfect!
