★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann war heute um 14:15 dort. Die Bedienung war so unhöflich. Er hat nachgefragt ob es Krapfen gibt. Die Frau hat sehr unwirsch reagiert und gesagt "nein, ich sperre jetzt zu". Kein Bitte, kein Danke, keine Verabschiedung.. also sehr sehr unhöflich.
 My husband was there at 2:15 p.m. today. The waitress was so rude. He asked if there were donuts. The woman reacted very gruffly and said "no, I'm locking now". No request, no thank you, no goodbye .. so very very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale schön renoviert . Einige Mitarbeiter hätten vielleicht auch ausgetauscht gehört.
Wenn man die Filiale betritt und grüßt.
Hört man von den Mitarbeitern nichts. Wenn sie beim Kaffee machen steht. Ignoriert die die LaufKundschaft komplett.
Man könnte ja sagen . Guten Tag. Grüß gott

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal nur manchmal vergleichsweise wenig Auswahl. Andrerseits muss dadurch weniger weggeworfen werden. Apropos, wo landet denn die nicht verkaufte Ware?
Very friendly staff only sometimes comparatively little choice. On the other hand, less has to be thrown away. Speaking of which, where do the unsold goods end up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben schön öfter in dieser Filiale Kuchen gekauft und waren immer zufrieden. Gestern kauften wir eine Ribiselschaumschnitte, der Geschmack war echt grauslich. Es schmeckte wie verdorbene Eier oder ranziges Fett.
We bought cakes in this branch quite often and were always satisfied. Yesterday we bought a currant foam bar, the taste was really horrible. It tasted like rotten eggs or rancid fat.

Zumeist macht es den Anschein als wäre der Laden leergekauft, auch wenn noch Stunden geöffnet ist, unverständlich.

Auf die Rezension wurde umgehend reagiert und auch die Gebietsleiterin, Frau Ayse, hat persönlich Kontakt aufgenommen.
Die Sachlage wurde ernst genommen und detailiert besprochen. Hier merkt man, dass Kundenzufriedenheit und Qualität im Mittelpunkt stehen. Beide Daumen hoch!

Eigentlich sehr nett und gute Sonntags-Öffnungszeiten.
Leider ist es schon das dritte Mal passiert, dass zuwenig Gebäck eingepackt wurde, der gesamte Preis jedoch verrechnet wurde. Sehr ärgerlich!

Actually very nice and good Sunday opening hours.
Unfortunately, it has happened for the third time that too few pastries were packed, but the entire price was charged. Very annoying!
