★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einen telefonischen Gespräch mit der Frau HXXXX AXXXX am Donnerstag um 11.57 wurde mir ein Termin für Freitag zwischen 17.00 und 21.00 zugesichert.
Bin gleich um 16.00 mit einem Arbeitskollegen der mir tragen helfen sollte nach Hause gefahren.
Zu meinen Ärger ist niemand gekommen und jetzt ist keiner erreichbar. Bin extrem sauer das ich das Wochenende mit warten verbringen muss.Bis heute hatte ich sehr gute Erfahrungen mit DHL aber jetzt...........
After a telephone conversation with Ms. HXXXX AXXXX on Thursday at 11:57 am, I was assured an appointment for Friday between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
At 4 p.m. I drove home with a colleague who was supposed to help me carry.
Nobody came to my anger and now nobody is available. I'm extremely angry that I have to wait the weekend. Until today I had very good experiences with DHL but now ...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie miła obsługa , zaniosłem im gotowe t1 żeby zamknąć , wracam po godzinie i ten pan z obsługi powiedział do mnie nie miło że trzeba czekać i oni mi tego w 5 minut nie zrobią
Not nice service, I took them ready t1 to close, I come back after an hour and the service gentleman said to me it's not nice to wait and they won't do it to me in 5 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and new warehouse. Professional and kind staff. Toilet for truck drivers ONE BIG DISASTER. Small and not comfortable showers, cold water. Around warehouse trash cans missing.... :-(
