Wenn DHL auch auf der Straße Wert auf Kundenzufriedemheit legen würde, wären 5 Sterne drinn. Und ich rede nicht von den Zustellern, die nicht bei DHL arbeiten, nicht dass wir uns falsch verstehen. Sie können nur die Vorgaben erfüllen die ihnen DHL gibt. Und da wäre noch viel Platz nach oben was die Kunde Freundlichkeit angeht. Das weiß ich, weil ich selbst 2 Jahre Fahrer war und weiß wie der Hase läuft. The customer friendliness on site is much better than with the delivery attempts. If DHL would also value customer satisfaction on the road, 5 stars would be in it. And I'm not talking about the delivery people who don't work for DHL, not that we get each other wrong. You can only meet the requirements that DHL gives you. And there would still be a lot of room upstairs in terms of customer friendliness. I know that because I was a driver myself for 2 years and I know how things go.

Jedes Paket ist pünktlich angekommen. 3 Pakete sogar auf einer Baustelle-der Empfänger war nicht leicht zu finden - andere Paketdienste hatten 2x aufgegeben. Had 5 important parcels within 1 year - 24h, delivery with a defined time, Austria to Germany. Every package arrived on time. 3 parcels even on a construction site - the recipient was not easy to find - other parcel services had given up twice.

Jetzt soll ich mein Paket am Stadtrand abholen gehen obwohl ich am Tag wo der Bote kahm Zuhause war. Ich hab ihm dir Tür geöffnet und wusste nicht wer es war. Er wollte aber nicht zu Fuß oder mit Lift auf den 2 Stock kommen. Er hätte es aber wissen müssen, steht am Briefkasten. I called 5 DHL offices in Innsbruck. There is no number or no one answers. Now I'm supposed to go pick up my package on the outskirts of town, even though I was home the day the messenger came. I opened the door for him and didn't know who it was. But he didn't want to walk or take the elevator to the second floor. But he should have known, it says on the mailbox.
