Eat breakfast, nice service and the "classic man breakfast for € 8.20" is sufficient and tasty. Coffee has to be paid for separately.

Ich finde es jedoch nicht richtig, dass ihr Kollege (welcher schon länger hier arbeitet), sie mit dem hohen Kundenansturm alleine lässt und auch noch auf Fragen ihrerseits oft schroff reagiert, was auf uns Kunden sehr unangemessen wirkt. Since I am a daily customer here, I noticed that a new employee is here for training. The young lady is very committed and friendly. I don't think it's right, however, that her colleague (who has been working here for a long time) leaves her alone with the large number of customers and also often reacts harshly to questions on her part, which seems very inappropriate to us customers.

Als ich versucht habe zu reklamieren wurde mir erklärt, dass die Mehlspeise in der Vitrine einige Tage alt sein könne. Ein Problem wurde darin nicht gesehen, schon gar kein Grund zur Wandlung. Eine unglaubliche Frechheit! Just ordered a chestnut roulade which was completely dry and hard. When I tried to complain, I was told that the dessert in the display case could be a few days old. This was not seen as a problem, and certainly no reason to change. An incredible cheek!

Würde man diese abverkaufen, wüßte der Kunde wenigstens, woran er ist... Den Kaffee kann man aber loben, der hat immer gepasst. Das Personal hat vor allem samstags viel zu tun, ist aber oft alles andere als überbesetzt. Einer alleine kann nämlich schlecht Kaffee zubereiten und die Schlange vor der Vitrine bedienen. I have often been a guest in this branch and I was not always sure whether the pastries were fresh. If you were to sell these, the customer would at least know where he is... But you can praise the coffee, it was always good. The staff is very busy, especially on Saturdays, but is often anything but overstaffed. One person alone can hardly prepare coffee and serve the queue in front of the display case.

Das Personal ist immer freundlich und auf zack. Auch der 3G Nachweis wird genau kontrolliert. Wieso dann nur 3 Sterne? Weil die Tische die frei sind, entweder nicht abgeräumt oder verdreckt sind (Fotos). Auch als ich an meinen Tisch kam war er noch voll Geschirr und wurde erst abgeräumt als mein Kaffee gebracht wurde. Auch das junge Fräulein, welches heute da war, ist mit Bedienung an der Theke und an den Tischen etwas überfordert. Vielleicht auch nur eine Momentaufnahme, denn normal passt hier immer alles. I've been to this man branch in the Auhofcenter for a coffee quite a few times and actually everything has always worked out. The staff is always friendly and on the ball. The 3G proof is also precisely checked. Then why only 3 stars? Because the tables that are free are either not cleared or dirty (photos). Even when I got to my table, it was still full of dishes and was only cleared when my coffee was brought. Even the young lady who was there today is a little overwhelmed with serving at the counter and at the tables. Maybe just a snapshot, because normally everything always fits here.
