Nach der unfreundlichen und überheblichen Behandlung durch das "Personal" beim letzen Besuch habe ich beschlossen deshalb nur mehr bei der Konkurrenz zu kaufen. Gibt ja einige gute Messershops in Wien wo man wertschätzend empfangen wird. Eigentlich schade ... die Produktpalette ist gut... Have bought some knives from the knife king in the past. After the unfriendly and arrogant treatment by the "staff" on the last visit, I decided to only buy from the competition. There are some good knife shops in Vienna where you are welcomed with appreciation. It's a shame ... the product range is good ...

Ich verstehe sehr wohl das der Herr mit dem ich gesprochen habe der fachlich kompetentere von uns beiden ist. Jedoch einen potenziellen Kunden wie einen Vollidioten zu behandeln finde ich nicht ok. Sehr arrogant. Schade eigentlich denn die Produkte gefallen mir sehr. Werde mir jedoch zwei mal überlegen dort wider einzukaufen. Professionally competent and large selection. However, there is a lack of friendliness towards borrowing. I understand very well that the gentleman I spoke to is the more technically competent of the two of us. However, I don't think it's okay to treat a potential customer like a complete idiot. Very arrogant. It's a shame because I really like the products. However, I will think twice about buying there.

Sonderwünsche, Reklamationen und dergleichen werden immer problemlos umgesetzt. So kann man seine hier gekauften Messer ohne Furcht benutzen. Danke! Advice, expertise and selection are great. Prices are not the cheapest, but reliable quality and an accommodating service are definitely worth it. Special requests, complaints and the like are always implemented without any problems. So you can use the knives you bought here without fear. Thanks!

They’re not just very professional in service but also make their own knife collection with blades of the finest Austrian steel. The guys are happy to talk about their passion and give detailed explanations and even demonstrations to customers. I didn’t just get a new, amazing knife, but also a very pleasant experience.

Because of Corona restrictions, they are currently limited to admitting one customer at a time due to small shop size. Please do wait, it's worth it – unless you're content with buying your knifes and cutlery in general at ALDI. ?
