Auch sehr schade dass man es nicht schafft zu seinen Fehlern zu stehen und um Schadenswiedergutmachung bemüht ist. Drei Mitarbeiter von "DER KANAL" sind gekommen und haben das Problem in kurzer Zeit behoben - echt SUPER!! Vielen DANK!! :-) Really SUPER - FULL recommendation !! Die TelefonistInnen bei der Hotline sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen gerne mit ersten Tipps weiter, bis die TechnikerInnen eintreffen. Unser Problem wurde schnell behoben, wir wurden nett behandelt und alles wurde sehr sauber hinterlassen. Absolute Empfehlung a company with very competent employees who are available around the clock in the event of an emergency! The operators on the hotline are very helpful and happy to help with first tips until the technicians arrive. Our problem was fixed quickly, we were treated nicely and everything was left very clean. Absolute recommendation
