Auch die Führungsschiene die es ja extra gibt und den Adapter. Ausgezeichnete Beratung und kompente Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen. "Wir haben die Zusatzatikel im Augenblick nicht lagernd, bestellen sie aber sofort" - Kein Problem meinte man. Die Lieferung erfolgte promt und die Rechnung kam per mail. Er selber war höflich und freundlich, er lies mich die Geräte sogar auf Raten zahlen, was ich persönlich als angenehm empfinde anstatt alles auf einmal zahlen zu müssen. Die Kommunikation fand ich auch bemerkenswert der Grund dafür war. Anfangs ging alles per Mail danach haben wir die Nummern ausgetauscht wodurch die Kommunikation besser zu statten gekommen ist. Unfortunately inside I found some damaged parts even if the cardboard box outside had no particular signs of damage. I immediately contacted customer service and Eng. Santer offered me the replacement, but I preferred to agree with him differently, and I received the two damaged parts as individual spare parts at no cost, which I then replaced personally.
