Es bediente uns ein grauhaariger Herr mit langen Haaren und Brille. Meine Tochter zeigte ihm ein Foto von den benötigten Ziegeln, die beim Hornbach 59 Cent pro Stück kosten. Die Rechnung meiner Tochter machte aber 106€ aus. Wir sind dann nochmal ins Geschäft, um nachzufragen ob es eine günstigere Alternative gibt. Darauf meinte der Verkäufer dass sie nur diese Ziegel lagernd hätten. Mein Schwiegersohn war am Vortag aber bei der Landforst und hat die richtigen Ziegeln im Geschäft gesehen. Während dem Gespräch mit dem Mitarbeiter fing er an zu telefonieren und er lies uns einfach alleine stehen. Sind gerade beim Haus renovieren und werden in Zukunft absolut nichts mehr bei euch einkaufen. Auch unseren Freunden und Bekannten werden wir von einem Kauf beim Lagerhaus abraten. Yesterday I was in the building materials department with my daughter and we wanted to buy 30 normal bricks. We were served by a gray-haired man with long hair and glasses. My daughter showed him a photo of the bricks he needed, which at Hornbach cost 59 cents each. But my daughter's bill was € 106. We'll go back to the store to ask if there is a cheaper alternative. Then the seller said that they only had these bricks in stock. But my son-in-law was at the Landforst the day before and saw the right bricks in the shop. During the conversation with the employee he started talking on the phone and he just left us standing alone. Are currently renovating the house and will absolutely not buy anything from you in the future. We will also advise our friends and acquaintances against buying them from the warehouse.

Die Verkäufer und Verkäuferinnen sind kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich, wie auch die Damen an der Kasse . Wide range, I would rather go to a hardware store than a boutique - I always find more here than I was actually looking for. Plants for balconies and gardens are currently inexpensive and of good quality. The salespeople are competent, helpful and friendly, as are the ladies at the checkout.
