Das Abendessen am 2. Abend hat laut Service-Lehrling der Kochlehrling gezaubert ...... Chefleute nicht anwesend???? Mir persönlich kommt vor, dass die Motivation für die Zukunft fehlt!!! Dinner was good, the boss was on site on the first evening (subsequent absence - maybe some guests annoy him), officially makes fun of people who want a good South Tyrolean wine in the restaurant! According to the service apprentice, the cook's apprentice conjured up dinner on the 2nd evening ...... Chef people not present ???? Personally, it seems to me that there is no motivation for the future !!!

Chefleute sind nie da, keiner kennt sich wirklich aus. Auch die junge Kellnerin hatte keine Ahnung weder von Wein noch von den Speisen. Wenn man als Gast hört wie die Mitarbeiter von den Chefiteten reden will man diese garnicht kennenlernen. Von Professionalität ist dieser Betrieb SEHR WEIT WEG!! Man verlangt viel zu viel für viel zu wenig!!!!! Auch die junge Kellnerin war sehr unfreundlich mir gegenüber!! Leider sehr schade da wir hörten, dass es mal ein Gourmet Menü gegeben hat vor einigen Monaten. Einmal und NIEWIEDER!! As a restaurateur, I think it's a shame that such a business has started in the JRE! Culinary 0 and passion is 0 too! Managers are never there, nobody really knows their way around. The young waitress had no idea either of the wine or the food. If you as a guest hear how the employees talk about the bosses, you don't want to get to know them at all. In terms of professionalism, this company is VERY FAR AWAY !! You ask far too much for far too little !!!!! The young waitress was also very rude to me! Unfortunately, it's a shame because we heard that there was a gourmet menu a few months ago. Once and never again!!

Bin auch vom Gault Millau schwer enttäuscht von jener Bewertung. Auch das Personal war nicht immer freundlich, eher genervt und überarbeitet? Das einzig gute in diesem Haus ist die Weinkarte. Gault Millau sollte da nochmal neu bewerten, meiner Meinung nach 2 Hauben maximal!!!!! Traurig so ein Restaurant gleichzusetzen mit einem Döllerer oder Landhaus Bacher! I don't understand how you can give this place 4 toques?? Unfortunately, the dishes are just poorly seasoned and presented. I expected great things! I'm also very disappointed in the Gault Millau rating. Also the staff wasn't always friendly, rather annoyed and overworked? The only good thing about this place is the wine list. Gault Millau should re-evaluate, in my opinion 2 toques maximum!!!!! Sad to equate such a restaurant with a Döllerer or Landhaus Bacher!

Dafür vielen, vielen Dank. Das Ambiente und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams sind einzigartig. Wenn in diesem Forum negative Kritik geäußert wird, so ist diese wohl der damit korrespondierenden Weltsicht sowie der Arroganz und Überheblichkeit der Kritik übenden Menschen geschuldet. On the occasion of the end of a great week of touring in the region, our ski touring group was excellently entertained by the host couple and invited to the excellent food from the daily buffet. Thank you very much. The ambience and the friendliness of the entire team are unique. If negative criticism is expressed in this forum, it is probably due to the corresponding world view and the arrogance and hubris of the people who criticize it.
