Es sollte lediglich ein kleiner Austausch vogenommen werden aber es war nie zu den (vom Computerdoktor) vereinabrten Terminen fertig, was ich natürlich erst dann erfahren habe als ich mal wieder da war. Ein Jahr später durfte ich den Laptop abholen, er war irreparabel beschädigt und ich konnte ihn entsorgen. Bevor ich ihn zum Computerdoktor brachte hatte noch alles bis auf kleine Tastaturaussetzer funktioniert. Definitely not recommended. It should only be a small exchange voiced but it was never finished to the (doctor of the computer doctor) scheduled appointments, which of course I only found out when I was there again. A year later, I was allowed to pick up the laptop, it was irreparably damaged and I could dispose of it. Before I brought him to a computer doctor, everything had worked except for small misfires.

Eigentlich sollte der Kunde König sein, man wird aber behandelt wie ein Bittsteller, der zum König kommt! Fachlich mag dieser Herr ja kompetent sein, aber wer Spaß daran hat, Geld dafür zu bezahlen, sich bei Fragen schlecht behandeln zu lassen = Augen niederschlagen + Seufzen gefolgt von Maßregelungen in schulmeisterlichem Ton, ist hier genau richtig! So unfriendly and condescending I was last treated at school - and as a customer in the mid 40s! Actually, the customer should be king, but one is treated like a petitioner who comes to the king! Professionally, this gentleman may indeed be competent, but who enjoys having to pay money to be treated badly in questions = eyes knock down + sigh followed by measures in scholastic tone, is just right!

Zur Datenrettung wollte ich eigentlich gleich zum ComputerDoktor gehen – da ich vor einigen Jahren dort bereits gute Erfahrungen machte. Aufgrund der Öffnungszeiten suchte ich aber eine Alternative auf und brachte meine Festplatte zu Data-Recovery in der Margaretenstraße. Dort musste ich die Festplatte abgeben und bekam nach vier Tagen per Email die Nachricht: Eine Datenrettung ist innerhalb von 10-14 Werktagen ab Auftragsvergabe möglich. Die Kosten betragen EUR 580,00 zzgl. MwSt. Ich entschied mich, mir eine zweite Meinung einzuholen, konnte meine Festplatte nach einer Woche wieder abholen und ging zum ComputerDoktor. Der stellte innerhalb von zehn Minuten fest, dass es lediglich eines Wechsel des Gehäuses bedarf. Während er mir das neue Gehäuse anpasste, versorgte er mich nebenbei mit wertvollen Informationen rund um Vor- und Nachteile der unterschiedlichsten Speichermöglichkeiten. Nach 30 Minuten hielt ich die wieder funktionstüchtige Festplatte in der Hand und die Kosten hielten sich unter 100 Euro. Ich mache Data Recovery keinen Vorwurf, aber beim ComputerDoktor spürt man einfach die jahrelange Erfahrung und sollte ich wieder ein technisches Problem mit einem PC oder Notebook haben, ist mein erster Weg zu ihm. My external hard drive was no longer recognized by notebooks from one day to the next. For data recovery, I actually wanted to go to a computer doctor right away - as I had good experiences there a few years ago. Due to the opening times, I looked for an alternative and took my hard drive to Data-Recovery in Margaretenstrasse. There I had to hand in the hard drive and after four days I received the message by email: Data recovery is possible within 10-14 working days from the order placement. The costs are EUR 580.00 plus VAT. I decided to get a second opinion, was able to pick up my hard drive after a week and went to the computer doctor. He found out within ten minutes that it only needed to change the housing. While he was adjusting the new housing for me, he also provided me with valuable information about the advantages and disadvantages of the various storage options. After 30 minutes I had the fully functional hard drive in my hand and the cost was below 100 euros. I am not blaming data recovery, but with ComputerDoktor you can just feel the years of experience and should I have a technical problem with a PC or notebook again, my first route is to him.

Ich kann den Computerdoktor uneingeschränkt empfehlen.Er war super schnell, super nett und hat sich um meine Problemsituation wirklich gekümmert. Alle Daten meiner WD konnten erfolgreich wiederhergestellt werden. Ich wurde bestens informiert und durch alle Fragen die ich hatte, begleitet. Ich bin extra von der Steiermark angereist und konnte innerhalb von wenigen Stunden meine Festplatte wieder mit nach Hause nehmen. Vielen Dank! Fantastic - I got all my data back! I can recommend the computer doctor unreservedly. He was super fast, super nice and really took care of my problem situation. All data from my WD could be successfully restored.
