Danke!
Here you can dine deliciously. Today there were porcini mushrooms that were wonderfully processed in a cream sauce. Absolutely delicious. The whole thing garnished with a friendly smile and a nice conversation, even when it gets full. Thank you!

We chose this hotel because, unlike most, it is located in a valley surrounded by mountains with unbeatable views and away from the noise of the road. We traveled with our oldest daughter and they had the great detail of giving us two rooms that were separated from the others by a corridor with an access door, with which we could go from one room to another with privacy and without being disturbed. Our daughter's room faced the corner and was surrounded by windows with views of the mountains, including the bathroom. Ours was very large, with its terrace with views and its living room with a television. The bathroom is very spacious and what we liked the most was that it had enough space on the side shelves to put all our toiletries (something unusual in most hotels we know). The hair dryer has good power. The hiking trails are worth it, most of the people were wearing their Nordic walking and hiking shoes, the tennis shoes were good for us. In winter to ski it must be paradise, everything is at hand, including ski schools. There is much to visit in the surroundings, but one place you cannot miss is the Grossglockner. It is about half board. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked, with cold cuts, fruit, cereals. They even have a juice extractor to make your own fruit mix. The fried bacon is EXQUISITE and organic, like everything they offer there. The jams are made by them and they have a very varied tea bar. Dinner (from 6 pm) is served on the terrace with views of the mountains. They have a very varied salad bar, including very tasty local salads. The starter, the main course and the dessert are haute cuisine. We posted some photos of what they served us. We prefer meat to fish but they also offer a vegetarian option. The Panorama Suite is spectacular.

Went for dinner at the restaueant. The food was nice and the waiters were polite and friendly. The boss who served us was too at first. However when I noticed that the mushrooms were super sandy and tried to inform this to her, she just didn't care, said that's how it's suposed to be. I insisted I couldn't even eat them and she just stared with no reaction and I said she didn't need to bring me new ones, I would just eat the rest of my food. She just said ok and walked somewhere else. :( Was not happy about not getting taken seriously

- Wrongly served orders could still be found on our final bill, even though we had sent them back immediately. - The spa closed already at 17:45 (5:45 pm), which made it difficult to properly enjoy sauna and hotpot after skiing. - In the sauna itself, tree sap/resin drops from the walls and ceiling (entire hair strands had to be removed). - The dinner was generally ok, however, it did not fulfill the high expectations raised by booking advertisement and self-description on the website (e.g. Gault Millau). - Last but not least: Staff was very friendly and approachable.
