Aber leider beim nächsten Einkauf war die Karte nicht gedeckt mir wurde anscheinend eine leere Karte mitgegeben. Die Firma Depot war sehr unfreundlich und meinten das das nicht ihr Problem sei. ( hatte auch die Rechnung )
Als Kunde ist man ausgeliefert weil man keine Kontrolle hat, ob der Betrag wirklich auf die Karte gebucht wird. Nicht auszudenken wenn man einer lieben Freundin ein Geschenk macht mit so einer Gutscheinkarte und sie ist leer. Das wäre eine große Katastrophe.
Got a voucher card because I brought back a cushion.
But unfortunately the next purchase the card was not covered me was apparently given a blank card. The company Depot was very rude and said that this was not their problem. (also had the bill)
As a customer one is delivered because one has no control whether the amount is really booked on the card. Unthinkable if you make a gift to a dear friend with such a gift card and it is empty. That would be a big disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich als Mann ist es immer wieder erstaunlich wieviel Dinge es gibt und das Haus/ die Wohnung zu dekorieren... die Mitarbeiter heute waren trotz Stress recht lustig und zum Scherzen aufgelegt. So etwas gefällt mir sehr gut und hebt auch meine Stimmung ungemein
For me as a man it is always astonishing how many things there are and how many things there are to decorate the house / apartment ... the employees today were quite funny and joking despite the stress. I like something like that very much and it also improves my mood tremendously
