Die Wartezeiten sind sehr human und man bekommt eine effektive und faire Behandlung. Very competent, fast and effective. I have been with Dr. Touch and can not detect any defects. The waiting times are very humane and you get an effective and fair treatment.

K	Karin Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der beste Zahnarzt, bei dem ich je war. Ich hab das Einspritzen kaum gespürt. Der Zahn, wurde schnell und unkompliziert entfernt. Keine Probleme danach - weder Schwellung noch Schmerzen. Da ich unter Platzangst leide und beim Zahnarzt dann oft eine Panikattacke bekomme, war für mich aber am Wichtigsten, dass er es geschafft hat, mich mit seiner angenehmen Art und ein bisschen "Quatschen" zu beruhigen. Wenn ich nicht so weit weg wohnen würde, würde ich auf jeden Fall zu DDr. Hauch wechseln! The best dentist I've ever been to. I hardly felt the injection. The tooth was removed quickly and easily. No problems afterwards - neither swelling nor pain. Since I suffer from claustrophobia and often have a panic attack at the dentist, the most important thing for me was that he managed to calm me down with his pleasant manner and a little "chatting". If I didn't live that far away, I would definitely go to DDr. Change breath!

B	Bianca Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise gehe zu einem anderen Zahnarzt dort war ich vor einen Jahr und es war alles ok. Diesmal ging aus Zeitgründen zu dem nächstgelegenen Zahnarzt. Hr. Dr. Hauch machte ein Röntgen und sagte mir das ich 4 Kronen a 800 € brauche und eine Füllung. Es wäre viel zu tun. Ich war erschrocken und fragte ob ich das wirklich muss. Seine arogante Antwort: müssen tun sie nur Atmen und vielleicht finden sie ja ein ambitionierten Arzt der mir Inlays macht. Daraufhin machte ich mir ein Termin bei meinem Zahnarzt der mich sonst betreut. Er hat auch ein Röntgen Bild von allen Seiten gemacht und sich das Bild angeschaut und auch meine Zähne und sagte alles in Ordnung es muss nichts gemacht werden, ich soll in einem Jahr wieder kommen. Mr. Dr. Hauch did an X-ray and told me that I need 4 crowns a 800 € and a filling. There would be a lot to do. I was scared and asked if I really have to. His arogant answer: you just have to breathe and maybe you will find an ambitious doctor who will make inlays for me. Then I made an appointment with my dentist who usually looks after me. He also took an x-ray from all sides and looked at the picture and also my teeth and said everything is okay, nothing needs to be done, I should come back in a year.
b	baroak n8s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an expat in Salzburg and I had an extraordinarily bad experience with Dr. Hauch and his astonishingly rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff. I went in for my yearly check up. Dr. Hauch spent a maximum of 5 minutes with me. Dring this time he berated me for my inadequate flossing habits--plus impatiently and condescendingly answered my questions. It was obvious he just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. The examination was cursory at best, and he refused to schedule x-rays or any kind of follow up. I left there shaking, in tears and totally humiliated. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this awful bully of a man. Shame on you and your appalling employees, Dr. Hauch.
