k	k. hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch teure Schuhe aus Leder sind leider sehr schlecht gefertigt. Ich mag keine Wegwerfware. Auch wenn die Kinder nach einer Saison rausgewachsen sind, sollten die Schuhe/Sandalen/Stiefel, v.a wenn sie nicht immer getragen werden, ein paar Monate halten. Even expensive leather shoes are unfortunately very poorly made. I don't like disposable goods. Even if the children have grown out after one season, the shoes / sandals / boots should last a few months, especially if they are not always worn.
o	oswald Heinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute und nette bzw. rasche Bedienung bzw. Beratung! Bis zum Kauf der neuen Herbst / Winter Schuhe verging trotzdem einige Zeit! Grund dafür war ein vorangegangener Unpaar-Schuhverkauf, sodass die Schuhe, die ich kaufen wollte, einer die Größe 46 und der andere die Größe 45 hatte! Ein zusätzliches Problem war der Umstand, als dass es leider heutzutage keine halbe Größen mehr gibt! Und so kommt es öfter vor, dass z.B. die Größe 45 zu groß und die Größe 44 zu klein ist! Fazit :Ich war last nur mit least 2x im City Park und einmal im Einkaufszentrum Nord, bis alles gepasst hat! Ende gut, alles gut! Good and nice or fast service or advice! Nevertheless, some time passed before buying the new autumn / winter shoes! This was due to a previous one-pair shoe sale, so the shoes I wanted to buy had one size 46 and the other size 45! An additional problem was the fact that unfortunately there are no half sizes anymore! And so it happens more often that e.g. the size 45 is too big and the size 44 is too small! Conclusion: I was last only with least 2x in the City Park and once in the shopping center North, until everything was fine! All's well that ends well!

Zimmermann: Äußerst höflich & freundlich hat er meine Größe heraus gesucht & auch noch sehr rasch einen Neukauf+Umtausch abgewickelt. Einen derart kompetenten Mitarbeiter habe ich selten im Verkauf gesehen. :) I actually always buy my shoes from Deichmann. I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Zimmermann: Extremely polite & friendly, he looked for my size & also quickly made a new purchase + exchange. I have rarely seen such a competent employee in sales. :)
R	Robert Wagendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Rezension betrifft hier nur die Rückabwicklung eines Kaufs. Bei einem Paar Schuhe, gekauft im Oktober des Vorjahres, gab es einen Fabrikationsfehler. Da dasselbe Modell nicht mehr verfügbar war, gab es das Geld retour. Eigentlich selbstverständlich. Ist es aber nicht überall. Deshalb möchte ich das hier erwähnen. My review here only concerns the reverse transaction of a purchase. A pair of shoes bought in October of the previous year had a manufacturing defect. Since the same model was no longer available, the money was returned. Actually, of course. But it is not everywhere. So I want to mention that here.
W	Walter Thomes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann man kein minus setzen! Für mich(selber im Verkauf) ein unfassbares verhalten! Selbst nach meiner klaren Ansage, das mich zusatzverkäufe nicht!! Interessieren, hört das Mädel nicht damit auf, mir weiter was aufquatschen zu wollen. Bin raus mit der Ansage"ich muss die Schuhe nicht kaufen".. Antwort:dann eben nicht! Unfassbar, wie das Unternehmen seine Mitarbeiter zwingt, um jeden Preis zusatz zu verkaufen ..Deichmann.. Nie wieder!! Unfortunately you can't put a minus! For me (myself in sales) an unbelievable behavior! Even after my clear announcement that I do not sell additional !! Interested, the girl doesn't stop trying to keep talking to me. I'm out with the announcement "I don't have to buy the shoes" .. Answer: then not! It is unbelievable how the company forces its employees to sell at all costs .. Deichmann .. Never again !!
