★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren begeistert von der Auswahl,Preis usw....Hatten 40 Fische gekauft davon haben wir 35 bekommen (kann passieren).Unsere wasserwerte perfekt.unsere Fische was wir vorher hatten von fressnapf und privat leben noch alle in den selben Becken.eure Fische die schwimmen in der klomuschel.ich finde es eine Sauerei was wir gesehen haben (tote Fische am becken Rand und besonders ein Lehrling was hinten und vorne keine ahnung hat von Aquaristik.hatten 175 euro ausgegeben und alle Fische tot,obwohl wir gute Referenzen gehört haben.wir hatten anfangs ein gutes Gefühl aber hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Zoohandlung bei dehner! Hab alle anderen auch besucht aber die Fische hier leben länger als von anderen zb. „Grad mal bis nach hause“. Ich fahre gerne ein paar 100m weiter um bei meiner mittlerweile persönlichen Verkäuferin Frau Walter genau das zu bekommen das ich auch wollte! Ihr Fachwissen und ihre unaufdringliche Kompetenz sorgen für ein sehr angenehmes und harmonisches Einkaufserlebnis. Tierliebe ist nicht bei allen Tierhändlern ein muss wie ich bei K.Z. Leider festellen musste. Nun ich freu mich jedesmal hier meine Tiere und deren Zubehör kaufen zu dürfen!
 I am absolutely delighted with the pet shop at dehner! I've also visited all the others, but the fish here live longer than those from others, for example. "Just to go home". I like to drive a few 100m further to get exactly what I wanted from my now personal saleswoman Ms. Walter! Their expertise and unobtrusive competence ensure a very pleasant and harmonious shopping experience. Animal love is not a must for all pet dealers like I am at K.Z. Unfortunately had to find out. Well, I'm always happy to be able to buy my animals and their accessories here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today to buy tropical fish... had to wait a while before any staff were free. Glad that I did. There were many sick and diseased looking fish and sadly a water turtle that was dead floating in the tank. I bough fish a month or so ago from there both were dead in around 10 days (thought I had done something wrong). Definitely will not buy fish from there again. ?
