Ich fahre immer wieder gerne in diese Filiale. Everyone was really friendly and tried hard. Help you further and are not pushy. Orders work perfectly, as do returns. I always enjoy going to this branch.
R	Roland Marsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Den Mitarbeitern sollte man etwas beibringen, was man schon als Kind lernt, nämlich grüßen! 2. Die blödsinnigste Kassenanordnung, die ich je gesehen habe. Wer denkt sich so etwas aus? Zuerst wird alles durch den Scanner gezogen (Richtung Ausgang - was ok ist), dann geht man wieder zurück an den Platz, an dem man zuerst gekommen ist um zu bezahlen. Dümmer gehts nicht mehr. 1. Teach employees something you learn as a child, which is how to say hello! 2. The most stupid checkout arrangement I've ever seen. Who thinks up something like that? First everything is swiped through the scanner (towards the exit - which is ok), then you go back to the place where you first came to pay. It doesn't get any more stupid.

Leider gehen selbst mit größter Sorgfalt ausgesuchte und gesetzte Pflanzen immer wieder ein, aber in diesem Markt hat man ein offenes Ohr auch in einer solchen Situation. Von einer bestimmten Pflanzenart ist mir immer wieder etwas eingegangen, was ich einmal im allgemeinen Kundenservice deponierte. Dort hat leider keiner eine einfache und kundenfreundliche Lösung parat gehabt. Ich habe mich dann direkt an den Markt gewandt, und siehe da, ich bekam innerhalb kürzester Zeit sehr nette Antwort, die Bitte mich beim nächsten Kauf vielleicht noch genauer beraten zu lassen und zudem einen schönen Gutschein, um mich als Kunde zu halten und zufriedenzustellen. So geht korrekte Kundenansprache und eine gute Kundenbindung! Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist nur die etwas unglücklich gelöste Bankomatsituation an der Kasse, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte :-). Vielen Dank an die Marktleitung und das nette und kompetente Personal aus Büro und Gartenabteilung! I'm always happy to be here. Unfortunately, even plants that have been selected and planted with the greatest care always die, but in this market one has an open ear even in such a situation. I kept receiving something from a certain type of plant that I once deposited in general customer service. Unfortunately, nobody there had a simple and customer-friendly solution ready. I then contacted the market directly, and lo and behold, I received a very nice answer within a very short time, asking me for more detailed advice on the next purchase and also a nice voucher to keep me as a customer and to keep me satisfied. This is how correct customer contact and good customer loyalty work! The only downside is the somewhat unfortunate ATM situation at the checkout, but that's another story :-). Many thanks to the market management and the nice and competent staff from the office and garden department!
