b	bad Girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben das Geschäft betretten keiner hat uns begrüßt kein muh kein meh nach 15 Minuten sitzen hat uns keiner gefragt was wir möchten obwohl die Damen keine Kunden hatten.So geht man mit Kunden nicht um oder ist das beim Klipp so üblich.Haben uns irgenwie in den Geschäft unerwünscht gefühlt. Did not deal with the business no one greeted us no muh no meh after 15 minutes sitting no one asked us what we want although the ladies had no customers. So you do not deal with customers or is the klipp as usual. We somehow in the Business felt undesirable.
S	Stefan K???? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen sind immer freundlich. Auch bei meinen Kids zeigen sie immer Geduld mit der Umsetzung ihrer Wünsche, was nicht immer ganz einfach ist ?. Kann das Geschäft mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. The ladies are always friendly. Even with my kids, they always show patience with the implementation of their wishes, which is not always easy ?. Can recommend the business with a clear conscience.

Kann ich nur empfehlen Really great. I had no wait. The staff is courteous and responsive to the needs of customers. Also, price performance is absolutely okay. I can only recommend
L	La Zo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschäftsführung unzumutbar Sie wollen ein seriöser Friseur sein und in Corona Zeiten ihre Dienste anbieten? Großartig! Sie stellen vor dem Geschäft Stühle auf und die Kunden sollen draussen warten (1 raus 1 rein)... Großartig wenn ich dort 20 Minuten sitze und dann kommt ein assozialer Mensch der 1 Minute einsteht vor dem Geschäft und sich vordrängelt... Er macht die Tür auf und fragt die Friseurinnen ob er schon rein kann und sie sagen ja. Erwarten sie von den Kunden ernsthaft dass jetzt jemand aufsteht und den vordrängler zu rede stellt? Nein das tut leider niemand... Wir Österreicher sind zu friedfertig... Und sie haben versagt dass sie sowas zulassen... Bei anderen Friseuren zieht man eine Nummer und somit ist vordränheln nicht möglich... Muss ich ihnen als Kunde ernsthaft sagen wie sie ihr Geschäft zu führen haben? Sie haben auf voller Linie versagt. Ich verlange eine neue Geschäftsführung und die Entlassung des aktuellen! Management unreasonable Do you want to be a serious hairdresser and offer your services in Corona times? Great! They set up chairs in front of the shop and the customers should wait outside (1 out 1 in) ... Great if I sit there for 20 minutes and then an associate comes to the shop for 1 minute and pushes himself ... He does opens the door and asks the hairdressers if he can already go in and they say yes. Do you seriously expect customers to get up and talk to the leader? No, unfortunately, nobody does that ... We Austrians are too peaceful ... And they have failed to allow something like that ... At other hairdressers, you draw a number and therefore it is not possible to push ahead ... I have to tell them seriously as a customer how to run your business? They have failed completely. I ask for new management and the dismissal of the current one!

Dazu sind sie auch noch richtig gut in ihrem Job. Ich wechsle jährlich die Haarfarbe und hier wird man gut beraten, auch wenn das manchmal heißt, dass etwas nicht möglich ist (z.B. von schwarz auf grün zu färben). Komme immer wieder gerne :) I've been going here for years and every time I've been completely satisfied. The hairdressers are always super friendly and really take their time. They are also really good at their job. I change the hair color every year and here you get good advice, even if that sometimes means that something is not possible (e.g. to dye from black to green). Always happy to come back :)
A	Aylin Zaza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten würde ich ja 0 Sterne vergeben, nur ohne einen Stern kann man nicht kommentieren. Wir waren grad mit unserem 2 jährigen Sohn bei Klipp Haare schneiden. Die Dame war sehr sehr sehr unfreundlich, hat seine Haare verschnitten, aber komplett verschnitten So einen Haarschnitt hätte selbst meine 3 jährige Tochter besser gemeistert -.- Ich bin so verärgert, wie man so als eine Friseurin durchgehen kann. Die Haare vom Gesicht wurden nicht mit einer Bürste entfernt, erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung hat sie die Haare von mein Sohn aus dem Gesicht entfernt und dabei gejammert das das normal ist das soviel Haare im Gesicht ist nach dem schneiden und hat mir die Küchenrolle in die handgedrückt ( so in der Art mach’s selber). Sie war definitiv nicht kinderlieb und hatte keine Ahnung von Haare schneiden!! Ich werd sicher nie wieder dort hin.jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag aber ihre schlechte Laune hätte Sie daheim lassen können. Und vorallem wenn es um einen 2 jährigen geht, er hat sich auch unwohl gefühlt, weil die Dame so unfreundlich und böse geschaut hat. Bild vom Haarschnitt hab ich bei Fotos hinzugefügt, sie sollte lediglich einen Verlauf machen seitlich, aber sie hat komplett die Haare weggeschnitten, und vorne ist sie reingefahren, das schaut komisch aus. Julia hat die Dame geheißen!! I wish I could give it 0 stars, but you can't comment without one star. We just went to clip hair with our 2 year old son. The lady was very very very rude, cut his hair, but completely cut Even my 3-year-old daughter would have mastered such a haircut better -.- I'm as upset as you can pass for a hairdresser. The hair from the face was not removed with a brush, only after repeated requests did she remove my son's hair from his face and complained that it was normal for so much hair to be on his face after the cut and pressed the kitchen roll into my hand (so in the way do it yourself). She was definitely not fond of children and had no idea about cutting hair!! I will definitely never go there again.everyone has a bad day but your bad mood could have left you at home. And especially when it comes to a 2-year-old, he also felt uncomfortable because the lady looked so rude and angry. I added a picture of the haircut to the photos, she was only supposed to make a gradient on the side, but she completely cut her hair away and it went in in the front, it looks weird. Julia was the lady's name!!
