★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte (zu) kurzfristig bestellen und wurde damit vertröstet, dass es wegen dem Personalmangel mehr Vorlaufszeit benötigt (3Tage). Das verstehe ich voll und ganz, auf den Hinweis, wenn dies auf der Homepage steht hätte ich rechtzeitiger angefragt und wäre nicht so überrascht (Marktbegleiter können teilweise am selben Tag liefern), erhielt ich eine Belehrung.
Egal wie gut die Speisen sind, diesen Kundenservice können Sie nicht gut machen
I wanted to order (too) at short notice and was put off by the fact that it needed more lead time due to the lack of staff (3 days). I understand that completely, on the hint that if this is on the homepage I would have asked earlier and would not be so surprised (competitors can sometimes deliver on the same day), I received a briefing.
No matter how good the food is, you cannot do this customer service well
