Die Terminvergabe funktioniert hinten und vorne nicht! Man kann halt nicht drei Patienten zur selben Zeit einen Termin vergeben. WARTEZEIT bis zu 2 Stunden??? Geht gar nicht! Da fehlt es an Koordination ! !!!? Dentist herself very nice and good but the waiting time even if you have an appointment is outrageous! !!! Appointments do not work in the back and front! You just can't appoint three patients at the same time. WAITING TIME up to 2 hours ??? Does not work at all! There is a lack of coordination! !!! ?
A	Annika Tönnissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr nette Praxis und Zahnärztin, trotzdem nur 3 Sterne, weil ich trotz Termin 1,5 Stunden hoch schwanger warten musste. Im Endeffekt hat sie dann bei mir eine Minute gebraucht. Ziemlich ärgerlich. Dieses Jahr gehen wir zu einem anderen Zahnarzt.... A very nice practice and dentist, still only 3 stars, because I had to wait despite the appointment 1.5 hours pregnant. In the end, she needed a minute with me. Pretty annoying. This year we go to another dentist ....

Praxis ist natürlich zu empfehlen, da: Sehr sympathische, fachlich auch sehr kompetente Ärztin mit sehr freundlichem Assistentinnen-Team. Mundhygiene super! ... Vorschläge zur Verbesserung: Das Desinfektionsmittel für Patienten eventuell mit Sensor beim Eingang hin zu stellen, damit das Desinfektionsmittelflascherl nicht jeder berührt. Toll wären auch etwas kürzere Wartezeiten mit trotzdem genug Zeit für eventuell 2 Behandlungen auf einmal einzuplanen, damit man nicht öfter hin fahren braucht. - So wie früher. Otherwise always top, 5 points! - this one time, because of the long waiting time only 4 stars. Practice is of course recommended because: Very personable, professionally also very competent doctor with a very friendly team of assistants. Oral hygiene great! ... Suggestions for improvement: The disinfectant for patients, possibly with a sensor, should be placed at the entrance so that everyone does not touch the disinfectant bottle. It would also be great to plan slightly shorter waiting times with enough time for possibly 2 treatments at once so that you don't have to drive there more often. - As before.
