7	7x1 M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war beruflich unterwegs und hatte ein akutes Zahnproblem, Fr.Doktor Meissner hat mich trotz des vollen Terminkalenders an diesem Tag, drangenommen. Des weiteren war die Fr.Doktor sehr sehr nett und fachlich besonders kompetent. Die Assistentinnen waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett, obwohl ich mehr oder wenig reingeplatzt bin. DANK DANKE DANKE, SIE HABEN MIR DAS WOCHENENDE GERETTET! I was traveling for work and had an acute dental problem, Fr.Doktor Meissner took me in despite the busy schedule that day. Furthermore, the doctor was very, very nice and technically particularly competent. The assistants were all very accommodating and nice, even though I more or less burst into it. THANKS THANKS YOU SAVED ME THE WEEKEND!
F	F E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen zur Fr. Dr. Meissner weil meiner Freundin ein Stück vom Zahn weggebrochen ist und die Bruchstelle scharfkantig war und bei der Zunge weh tat. Meine Freundin musste den nächsten Tag arbeiten. Wenn es nicht wirklich ein Notfall gewesen wäre und die Fr. Dr. Meissner hatte Notdienst, wären wir gar nicht hingegangen. Alles was wir wollten war, dass diese scharfen Kanten entschärft werden. Den Rest hätte dann schon später ihr Zahnarzt gemacht. Sie war der Meinung da mal schnell drüber gucken geht nicht, weil wenn es ein Notfall ist, müssen wir uns das schon genau angucken mit Röntgen usw. Am Ende wurde weder geröntgt, noch wurden ihr die scharfen Kanten entschärft. Es wurde minimalst irgendeine weiße Masse reingeschmiert, die zum größten Teil zu Hause wieder raus war ohne das was getrunken oder gegessen wurde. Wir waren dann gesamt doch recht unzufrieden. Deshalb: 1 Stern für das das meine Freundin recht schnell drankam obwohl sie kein Patient von Ihr ist und Feiertag war, den 2 Stern für die ganze Covid19 Situation, weil auch diese Umstände im Moment nicht wirklich einfach für die Ärzte sind. She was of the opinion that it is not possible to look over it quickly, because if it is an emergency, we have to look closely at it with X-rays etc. In the end, there was no X-raying, and the sharp edges were not defused. At least some white mass was smeared in, which for the most part was out at home without what was drunk or eaten. Overall, we were quite dissatisfied. Therefore: 1 star for which my girlfriend got it pretty quickly even though she is not a patient of hers and was a holiday, the 2 star for the whole Covid19 situation, because these circumstances are not really easy for the doctors at the moment.

Frau Dr. Meissner gibt dem Patienten mit viel Kompetenz und Feingefühl die Sicherheit, die man sich beim Zahnarzt wünscht.. M	Muesluem Atas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Zahnstatus war eine wahre Katastrophe. Nach einem verpfuschten Zahnarztbesuch kam ich zu Fr. Dr. Meissner und sie hatte alle Hände voll zu tun! Ein halbes Jahr und 3 Behandlungen später bin ich endlich wieder schmerzfrei. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! My tooth status was a real disaster. After a botched dentist visit I came to Dr. Meissner and she had her hands full! Half a year and 3 treatments later I am finally pain free again. A big thank you to the whole team!
N	NSN DonTom (NoStrategyNeeded) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten Termin "Mundhygiene und Kontrolle". Die Mundhygiene war sehr schmerzhaft. Es wurde wie wild herum gekratzt, das Zahnfleisch war blutig und mir ging es danach zwei Tage nicht gut. Bei ähnlichen Behandlungen im östlichen Ausland wurde wesentlich professioneller und schonender gearbeitet. Beim zweiten Termin mit recht langem Vorlauf (Corona und Terminkalender voll) wurde ich nach über einer halben Stunde und fast 25 Minuten nach eigentlichem Beginn des Termins bei Minusgraden im Freien stehen gelassen. Auf die Anfrage den Termin zu stornieren, weil ich gezittert habe und meine Frau die selbe Zeit im kalten Auto verharrt hat, die Behandlung mindestens weitere 30-60 Minuten gedauert hätte was die Wartezeit noch weiter verlängert, wurde ich angeschnauzt, völlig befremdliche Vorwürfe wurden mir an den Kopf geworfen und die Ärztin wurde sehr unfreundlich, obwohl ich nochmal mit mir sprechen hätte lassen, wenn auch nur ein Ansatz von Entschuldigung gekommen wäre. When I was asked to cancel the appointment because I was shaking and my wife stayed in the cold car for the same time, the treatment would have lasted at least another 30-60 minutes, which extended the waiting time even further, I was snapped at, completely strange accusations were made to me thrown at the head and the doctor became very unfriendly, although I would have let speak to me again if there had been even a hint of apology.
E	Easy Rider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zufrieden, komme seit Jahren. Die Frau Doktor und ihr Team geben mir stets das Gefühl optimal betreut zu werden. Obwohl meine Zähne nicht mehr die jüngsten sind, wurde im Laufe der letzten Jahre alles tip top saniert, bzw. Bukal Füllungen über die sensiblen Zahnhälse gemacht. Zusammen mit regelmäßiger (und gefühlvoller) Mundhygiene habe ich jetzt wieder ein Gebiss für das ich mich nicht schämen muss - danke! Very satisfied, have been coming for years. The doctor and her team always give me the feeling of being optimally looked after. Although my teeth are no longer the youngest, everything has been refurbished in the last few years, and buccal fillings have been made over the sensitive tooth necks. Together with regular (and soulful) oral hygiene, I now have teeth again that I don't have to be ashamed of - thank you!
M	Manfred Paar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Zahnreinigung ist obligatorisch! Mit Schmerzen gekommen und eine Zahnreinigung bekommen. Erst beim zweiten Termin wurde der schmerzhafte Zahn behandelt! Am nächsten Tage extreme Schmerzen bekommen, leider war trotz geöffneter Ordination niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Später sagte man mir, dass soviel los sei, dass man das Telefon auf lautlos gestellt hätte. Habe daraufhin den Zahnarzt gewechselt, dieser hat eine Wurzelbehandlung durchführen müssen, da inzwischen der Zahn abgestorben war. Würde sagen eine "Schönwetter Zahnärztin", einfache Behandlungen ja, aber wenn es um Schmerzen geht oder eine mittlere Zahnbehandlung notwendig wird, leider nicht zu empfehlen. Teeth cleaning is mandatory! Come in pain and get a teeth cleaning. The painful tooth was only treated at the second appointment! The next day I got extreme pain, unfortunately no one could be reached by phone despite the ordination being open. I was later told that there was so much going on that the phone was silenced. Then I changed the dentist, he had to perform a root canal treatment because the tooth had died in the meantime. A "fair-weather dentist" would say, simple treatments yes, but unfortunately not recommended when it comes to pain or a medium-sized dental treatment is necessary.
