Soviel Entgegenkommen und soziale Kompetenz findet man heutzutage nur noch sehr selten bei Menschen - von daher ein riesen fettes Dankeschön an Dr. Lechner dass Sie umgehend und dazu noch auf eigene Kosten das Problem löste. Vielen, vielen Dank. There was an urgent response to which Dr. Lechner entered with unique empathy and understanding and solved the problem together with me. So much courtesy and social competence is rarely found in people these days - so a huge big thank you to Dr. Lechner that you solved the problem immediately and at your own expense. Thanks alot.

Sie nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit und erklärt alles ausführlich. Ich würde sogar 6 Sterne geben! Clear recommendation! Ms. DDr Lechner is not only technically convincing, but also very empathetic and patient. She takes a lot of time and explains everything in detail. I would even give it 6 stars!

Als ich Zuhause war, habe ich zur Sicherheit nochmals angerufen um nochmal fest zu halten wann ich den Termin jetzt wirklich habe. Da hat man mich überhaupt nicht mehr im Kalender/System gefunden. Keine Ordnung. Had an appointment for 08/30. agreed at 13:00, today it suddenly said I had the appointment on another day. When I got home, I called again to be on the safe side to record again when I really have the appointment. I was not found in the calendar / system at all. No order.
