★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Zahnarzt mag zwar gut sein, aber das kann man ja schwer herausfinden, wenn das Personal das Telefonat ohne eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung beendet. Ich habe ein bisschen gelacht und wurde gleich angemotzt, warum ich denn lachen würde, wenn ich Schmerzen hätte, um dannach festzustellen, dass das Gespräch beendet wurde. Habe daraufhin ein zweites Mal angerufen, aber dann hat die Dame gar nichts mehr gesagt bzw. das Gespräch sofort beendet. Ich muss sagen, dass ich noch nie in meinem Leben so etwas erlebt habe.
The dentist may be good, but it's hard to find out when the staff ends the call without an explanation or an apology. I laughed a little and was immediately asked why I would laugh when I was in pain, only to find that the conversation had ended. Then I called a second time, but then the lady said nothing more or ended the conversation immediately. I have to say that I've never seen anything like this in my life.
