Heute aber ein sehr befremdliches Erlebnis: habe meine Mutter begleitet, durch die Covid Situation war ich nur kurz in der Ordination und habe die Toilette benutzt, bin dann ins Auto. Am Weg zum Auto läuft mir eine andere Ordinationsassistentin bis zum Auto nach und stellt mich, fängt eine minutenlange, lautstarke Diskussion mit mir an. Ich bin Patientin, heute ohne Termin, aber Begleitperson. Fast unmöglich, sie vor dem Auto wieder abzuschütteln, sie überschüttet mich mit Vorwürfen. Ich hätte die Toilette nicht benutzen dürfen!! Später erzählt sie meiner Mutter eine völlig verdrehte Version, wie schlecht ich mich denn verhalten habe. Auch mein neuerlicher Klärungsversuch endet darin, dass ich unterbrochen wurde und lautstark angeschnauzt wurde. Nein danke, das geht wirklich nicht, dass ein Toilettenbesuch als Begleitung beim eigenen Zahnarzt in einem lauten Streit durch die Ordinationhilfe endet! On the way to the car, another doctor's assistant runs after me to the car and stands me up and starts a loud discussion with me that lasts for minutes. I am a patient, today without an appointment, but an accompanying person. Almost impossible to shake off in front of the car, she showered me with accusations. I shouldn't have used the toilet !! Later she tells my mother a completely twisted version of how bad I behaved. My renewed attempt at clarification also ends with the fact that I was interrupted and loudly snapped at. No, thank you, it really is not possible that a visit to the toilet as a companion at your own dentist ends in a loud argument by the ordination help!

Sachlich unaufgeregt und für mich einfach perfekt Auch sein Team kümmert sich sehr um jeden Patienten wie ich merkte. Schöne moderne helle und freundliche Ordination die blitzsauber ist. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und bin unendlich dankbar dass ich hier als Patient aufgenommen wurde. Der Weg zum Zahnarzt ist nicht immer ein Honig lecken. Moderne Ordination, sehr helle, saubere und gepflegte Räumlichkeiten. Wartezeiten sehr unterschiedlich (zwischen 10 und 60 Minuten) All very friendly. GDR.
