Ich hatte meine ganzen Daten auf der Festplatte verloren und mein Laptop ist nicht mehr hochgefahren. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat und der Schilderung des Problems, hat mir ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter die weitere Vorgehensweise erläutert. Ich habe daraufhin meine Festplatte an das Unternehmen geschickt und es wurde eine Analyse der Festplatte vorgenommen. Hierbei sind mir keine Kosten entstanden. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hat mich das Unternehmen wieder kontaktiert und mir den Fehler der Festplatte und die weiter Vorgehensweise erläutert. Hierzu habe ich auch ein unverbindliches Angebot seitens des Unternehmens erhalten. Preislich konnten wir uns sehr schnell einigen, was auch nicht zuletzt an dem sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit dem kompetenten Mitarbeiter lag. Ca. 2 Wochen nach Auftragserteilung habe ich dann eine Nachricht erhalten, dass meine "verlorenen und beschädigten" Daten wieder hergestellt werden konnten. Diese wurden mir dann auf einem Leihdatenträger zugesandt und ich konnte diese anschließend problemlos auf meinen Laptop kopieren. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur Positives über das Unternehmen berichten. Netter Kontakt, kompetente Mitarbeiter, ausführliche Beratung, zügige Bearbeitungszeit, sehr faire Preise und somit sehr zu empfehlen. The company and the company offers are just great. These were then sent to me on a rental data carrier and I could then easily copy them to my laptop. In summary, I can only say positive things about the company. Nice contact, competent staff, detailed advice, quick turnaround time, very fair prices and therefore highly recommended.
