(sajnos szó szerint ez hangzott el') szöveg váltotta fel. Pedig csak egy meg nem tartott, de befizetett edzés árát szerettem volna visszakérni. Hands off! a	austraau austraau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Stunde bei Das Prema über Eversports bezahlt, und 50 Minuten vor Beginn der Stunde wurde ich per Mail benachrichtigt, die Std. soll aufgrund der zu wenigen Anmeldungen ausfallen. zu spät leider, denn ich war schon vor Ort, vor der Türe einen leeren Studios. Ich dachte mir, ich ersuche um die Rückerstattung der Summe, da die Std. ja nicht stattfand.... 13 E-Mails und 5-6 Telefonate später haben wir es endlich geschafft, dass die eingezahlte Summe zurücküberwiesen wird. Zu meinem Erstaunen habe ich aber noch ein kleines "Tut uns Leid, dass du vergeblich vor Ort gewartet hast, und dass wir dich nicht rechtzeitig benachrichtigt haben - Geschenk" bekommen, nämlich wurde ich als "extrem mühsame und Doch-nicht-Kundin" bewertet, die das Geld für eine nicht getätigte Dienstleistung zurück haben wollte. S	Sophie Blanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen Kurs über MyClubs gebucht und kam unten gerade noch rechtzeitig, wo mir auch aufgemacht wurde. Bis ich aber oben war und die Schuhe ausgezogen hatte, hatte die Stunde schon um 2-3 Minuten angefangen und ich kam nicht rein. Dann rief ich an und es hieß, selber Schuld, hätte ich doch pünktlich kommen sollen. Grundsätzlich bin ich ja damit einverstanden, aber ich würde mir genau deswegen nie ein Abo abschließen, weil es doch immer mal passieren kann, dass etwas dazwischen kommt, oder wie jetzt in meinem Fall dass ein Termin länger dauerte als geplant. Sehr schade, ich hatte mich schon richtig auf den Kurs gefreut. I had booked a course through MyClubs and came downstairs just in time, where they opened the door for me. But by the time I got upstairs and took off my shoes, the lesson had already started at 2-3 minutes and I couldn't get in. Then I called and it was my own fault, I should have come on time. Basically, I agree, but that's exactly why I would never take out a subscription, because it can always happen that something comes up, or, as now in my case, that an appointment lasted longer than planned. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the course.
