Hier wird noch auf die Wünsche der Kunden eingegangen. Great selection, you get brands and unique pieces (e.g. aunts and uncles) that you won't get anywhere else. The professional advice is top, price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. I have bought from the Pflügers many times and have always been very satisfied. M	Maria Ott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich besuchte das Geschäft, um an meinem bereits etwas älteren Delsey-Koffer ein abgebrochenes Rad zu ersetzen. Zunächst ging alles glatt und ich wurde bald angerufen, der Koffer sei abholbereit. Das kaputte Transportrad war prima ersetzt worden, nur ließ sich auf einmal der Koffer nicht mehr öffnen. Auch die Verkäuferin konnte nicht helfen. Nach mehreren Versuchen gaben wir auf und ich ließ den Koffer da. Kaum hatte ich das Geschäft verlassen, als ich einen Anruf erhielt, man habe den Koffer nun doch öffnen können. Als mir das demonstriert werden sollte, musste ich feststellen, dass das Mittelschloss nun nicht mehr einrastetet und der Koffer also nicht mehr zu schließen war. Ich gab der Verkäuferin nicht die Schuld, sondern bat lediglich um ihren Vorschlag der weiteren Vorgehensweise. Darauf ihre genervte Antwort, wer weiß, wahrscheinlich sei das Schloss bereits kaputt gewesen und ich wolle ihr jetzt die Schuld anhängen, und weiter wörtlich: "Ich wollte diesen Scheiß-Koffer von Anfang nicht annehmen, so ein altes Ding ist ja eh' nichts mehr wert." Jeder darf sich selbst seine Meinung über dieses Service-Verhalten bilden. Ich jedenfalls nahm meinen Koffer - jetzt mehr kaputt als vorher - und ging, und ich werde sicher nie mehr das so großartig beworbene Geschäft Pflueger besuchen. I went to the store to replace a broken bike on my older Delsey suitcase. At first, everything went smoothly and I was called soon, the suitcase was ready to pick up. The broken transport wheel had been replaced great, but suddenly the suitcase could not be opened. Even the saleswoman could not help. After several attempts, we gave up and I left the suitcase there. No sooner had I left the store than I received a phone call, but the suitcase could now be opened. When this was to be demonstrated to me, I realized that the middle lock now no longer locked and the suitcase was no longer close. I did not blame the saleswoman, just asked her to suggest what to do next. Then her annoyed answer, who knows, probably the castle was already broken and I want to attach her now the blame, and further literally: "I did not want to accept this shit suitcase from the beginning, such an old thing is anyway no more value." Everyone is allowed to form their own opinion about this service behavior. Anyway, I took my suitcase - now more broken than before - and left, and I'm sure I'll never visit the magnificently advertised Pflueger business.

Wurde bis jetzt jedesmal sehr nett und geduldig beraten. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Geschäft in der Innenstadt. The shop looks rather small from the outside, but inside there is an incredibly large selection of bags, wallets ... Has always been very nice and patiently advised. A very nice and well maintained shop in the city center.

I had a problem with a combination lock which was no longer working on my secondhand Samsonsite suitcase. I would like to say how helpful and highly efficient the service was at the Albert Pfluger's leatherhouse. They made an enquiry to source a new lock and it was fitted extremely quickly. The cost was also very reasonable. I now have a suitcase which is working in perfect condition..!
