Die Küche: Nicht wie in anderen Lokalen üblich der Einfachheit halber stehts die gleiche Karte zu führen, sondern immer wieder eine ganz besondere neue Auswahl an Gerichten mit traditioneller Grundlage, welche mit frischen Ideen ehrlich neu interpretiert werden. Ein Genuss! Das Ambiente: gemütliche Eleganz gepaart mit lichtdurfluteten Räumlichkeiten fühlt man sich zu jeder Tages-oder Abendzeit genau am richtigen Platz. Das Service: Unaufdringliche, aber zu jeder Zeit aufmerksame Bedienung. Immer ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen. Ob ein Glas Wasser, oder eine grandiose Weinbegleitung, es fühlt sich immer gut an. Besonders die Weinverkostung sei zu erwähnen! Nicht nach den altbekannten Phrasen... Sie schmecken dies und das.... , sondern es wird eine selbstgeschriebene Geschichte, die vom Wein erzählt vorgelesen. Ein unglaublich tolles Erlebnis! Unbedingt ausprobieren! Fazit: Ein absolutes Highlight ob auf ein spontanes Mittagessen, Kaffe und Süßes nach einem Spaziergang am Nachmittag, oder ein grandioses Abendessen mit sensationeller Weinbegleitung, man ist immer richtig ? Bis ganz bald! We have been here several times now and what is really striking is that the quality of the kitchen and service is always sensational! The kitchen: Not always the same menu as in other restaurants for the sake of simplicity, but always a very special new selection of dishes with a traditional basis, which are honestly reinterpreted with fresh ideas. A pleasure! The ambience: cozy elegance paired with light-flooded rooms, you feel at the right place at any time of the day or evening. The service: Unobtrusive but attentive service at all times. Always a kind word on the lips. Whether a glass of water or a grandiose wine accompaniment, it always feels good. Especially the wine tasting should be mentioned! Not according to the well-known phrases... You taste this and that.... , but a self-written story about the wine is read out. An incredibly great experience! Be sure to try it! Conclusion: An absolute highlight, whether for a spontaneous lunch, coffee and sweets after a walk in the afternoon, or a great dinner with sensational wine accompaniment, you are always right ? Wir hatten für dieses ambiente den falschen dresscode, trotz alledem war es sehr angenehm und wir waren willkommen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Ein nächstes mal gibt es bestimmt nur dann mit der richtigen bekleidung.. xD Danke für das ausgezeichnete Essen und die Gastfreundschaft. Very nice atmosphere and super nice service! Rarely where better fed. We had the wrong dress code for this ambience, but despite everything, it was very pleasant and we were welcomed. I can only recommend. A next time there is definitely only with the right clothing.. xD Thank you for the excellent food and hospitality.

Es waren sehr gute regionale Produkte, die wunderbar verarbeitet wurden . Christian für die Küche ist sehr engagiert und mit seinen selbst produzierten Ölen und seinen kreativen Ideen für die Zusammenstellung wert für weitere Hauben Im Service vermittelt Colette dem Gast willkommen zu sein und berät kompetent. Wir können das James nur empfehlen und wünschen Ihnen viel Erfolg weiterhin. The menu and service at James was perfect. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the evening very much. They were very good regional products that were wonderfully processed. Christian for the kitchen is very committed and with his self-produced oils and his creative ideas for the composition worth for further toques. In the service, Colette conveys the guest to be welcome and gives competent advice. We can only recommend the James and wish you continued success.
