★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an overnight stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel managed my last minute booking pretty well, the data transferred to their system without my further explanation.
When we arrived, the host explained to me the facility - the sauna room and the pool. We were able to attend the Christmas market right outside on the street at 7pm.
We checked into our room, the hotel has prepared a tote bag with shower robes and slippers for the guests.
We went to the sauna room, there have more than 1 sauna room, and on the same area, there's many lounge chairs for guests to sit on and relax.
Then we went to the pool, there's a big swimming pool and a hot tub indoor/outdoor pool, kids love playing with water there, it's safe and stays warm.
I was impressed with how relaxing the experience was with the hotel, they even offer buffet style breakfast, and there were many choices available.
We would definitely recommend people to come stay with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff needs to be re-trained on customer service as 2 of the staff members couldn't even handle a couple of complaints that we pointed out and became very defensive with their answers. We found a red balloon under the bed, the soap was empty for 2 days, the room was very warm so we had to open the window and could hear the noise from the resturant from thr hotel. So we couldn't sleep. The staff members were not sympathetic to our complaints. I pointed out why after 2 days that I have to tell reception for the soap to be refilled for the shower when it should be the job of the cleaner to notice it as part of their routine. The room was very outdated with the bathroom door looking like it was in disrepair. The price of 220 euros per night of the classic room was over priced and Inwpuld never recommend anyone to stay here. The only good thing was the breakfast and the staff was very nice.
