Super friendly, quickly dismantled the huge scratching post and even helped with loading it into the car. Really really great. and helpful staff !!!!

Als die Verkäuferin darauf angesprochen wurde warum der Korb mehr kostet als am Preisschild steht hieß es nur: Soll ich das Produkt stornieren??? According to the price label, the dog basket costs 129 euros, and suddenly 134 euros were requested at the checkout. Hatte sonst immer eine wirklich sehr nette junge Verkäuferin die top Fachwissen vom Tierarzt aufweist. Die Dame heute war die größte Frechheit überhaupt! Ich hatte nur gefragt ob das Trockenfutter meiner Hunde auch in 12kg bestellt werden kann. Auf eine schnappige äußerst unfreundliche Antwort durfte ich wenig später mithören wie diese gewisse Lattacher sich über mich lustig gemacht hat bei ihrer Kollegin. Ich möchte gerne sagen das ich als Kunde wohl fragen um das Futter meiner Hunde stellen darf?! Traurig genug das ich keine kompetente Antwort auf solch eine Frage erhalten habe. Ich verstehe nicht wie solche unfreundliche unkompetente leute im Verkauf arbeiten dürfen. Wenn man über Kunden lässtern mlchte sollte man das auch so machen das es keiner hören kann. Bzw. erwartet man sich als Kunde ein gewisses Interesse der Verkäufer zu den Produkten. Bei dieser Dame hatte ich das Gefühl mich entschuldigen zu müssen das ich einkaufen möchte. Ich komme nicht mehr! Frechheit sowas!!!! I would love to give NO STAR! Been shopping very often in the feeder for my dogs. Otherwise she always had a really nice young saleswoman who had top expertise from the vet. The lady today was the greatest cheek of all! I only asked if my dogs' dry food could also be ordered in 12kg. To a snappy, extremely unfriendly answer, I was allowed to overhear a little later how this certain Lattacher made fun of me at her colleague. I would like to say that as a customer I can ask about the food of my dogs ?! Sad enough that I didn't get a competent answer to such a question. I don't understand how such unfriendly, incompetent people are allowed to work in sales. If you want to tell about customers, you should do it in such a way that nobody can hear it. Or, as a customer, one expects a certain interest from the seller in the products. With this lady I had the feeling that I had to apologize that I wanted to go shopping. I do not come anymore! Cheek something !!

Die Mitarbeiter könnten etwas aufmerksamen sein - aber das nur als kleines Manko. Numerous selection of pet supplies - parking space right outside the door. I think it's a shame that there are usually hardly any customers in the store - the selection is really huge. The employees could be a little attentive - but only as a small drawback.

Auf die Tiere wird auch immer schön geschaut da lege ich Wert darauf . Eigentlich auf alles . Weiter so ohne euch täte es solche Geschäfte nicht geben . I am always satisfied and enjoy shopping. I feel good here. The staff is friendly and attentive can't complain. The animals are always looked at nicely, so I value it. Actually on everything. Carry on like this without you there would be no such business.
